It allows calculation of the age of epiphysiodesis for a desired correction and growth remaining. Standing and sitting height at maturity in normals and in achondroplasia can also be predicted. Foot length and fetal bone and limb length discrepancy can also be predicted. The multiplier growth charts and deformity parameters are also included for reference.
