Previous issues not showing up.

Just updated the app. Can only see issues from now until June 2019. I’ve had a digital subscription for several years. Where are the old issues? Or do I have to delete everything and start over - won’t have to be the first time :(

Seriously flawed!

I purchased a Print and Digital subscription for Outdoor Photographer Plus ($60) Downloaded the app and followed the instructions for subscriber access. Next to impossible! Kept wanting me to pay an additional $4.99 per issue!!! Are you kidding me? Get your act together people. How can I easily get my digital access through this app??

Easy to use

After reading the first two issues I can't wait to read the latest one. I love the way the magazine displays and the ease of use. I love the articles and the stories. But most of all I love the images. Very inspiring....

Previous problem seems to be resolved

My original post is below. The issues I had have been resolved and the downloads have been smooth. Initial viewing of the magazine also appears to be very satisfactory. I am upgrading from one to four stars. The fifth star will need to await further evaluation. (This is a useless app and my subscription at this point is worthless. The suggestions in the FAQ failed to work to work after muItiple tries. I deleted the app and reopened it to no avail. Even if it should work if I would have to download all the previous issues that I had, it would be quite a pain. I can not recommend this app unless it's fixed and automatically restores all previous downloads.)

Terrible app

The app doesn’t recognize subscriptions either through the App Store or through the publisher. So the only option is to buy each magazine separately. Lame sauce.

Very poor app

I have been a long time subscriber to the print version of Outdoor Photography. I decided not to renew the print subscription and elected to try the digital version. The first issue in the new digital subscription downloaded with no problem. However, the second issue in the digital subscription will not download. I complained to iTunes support and was referred to the app developer. I've given the app developer the pertinent information but have received no reply thus far. I wish I had read the other reviews before I tried the digital version. If I don't get some help soon, I'll cancel the subscription.

Wish it was better

Not a big fan of the layout but the biggest let down is that the images do not look high quality. They look like low resolution jpgs that distract from the subject and undermine the readers experience

Can't buy individual issue

I can't buy the current issue (June 2017) I keep getting an error pop up that says "Purchased Failed. Please try again". I have bought past issues with no problem and I have no problems buying from other photography magazines on my iPad so this is an issue on their end. I've contacted them via their active Twitter account but they never replied. I guess they don't care if there is an issue with purchasing their product. Glad I didn't buy a subscription to their mag if this is what I can expect from customer service should I have an issue. The other photography magazines I get are all based in England and wouldn't you know it, it's the American company I get crappy non existent customer service from, what a surprise 🙄😏👎🏻

Won’t download

Before downloading this app I checked the reviews and found quite a few that said they couldn’t get the mag to open. Well, they’re right. I downloaded it, signed in and tried to read my new mag subscription but couldn’t. Downloaded failed. I tried restoring my purchase. Failed! Delete!

Paid for nothing

Paid for a year subscription and can’t read any of the issues. The app says to restore purchases and every time I click on that I get restore failed. Buyer beware!

Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal, as stated above, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account.
