Payment system for debit card awful

When I try and put my password I can barely get my fingers to touch the numbers on the screen. Make your numbers bigger when people go to enter the password. The circular wheel is dumb. Change it to something else where you can actually touch it with your fingers instead of trying to guess what your fingers touched

Horrible and utterly unacceptable tech support.

Last i came to pay my bill, i noticed that my account credentials have been changed and that subscriptions which u never made my self have been applied. When i tried to raise this issue of a clear hacking i was shocked to find the level of disrespect and unwillingness to help from both the online tech support and the employees at the branches near my house. Completely unacceptable. Not only was my issue not solved. But i had to pay the extra fee which had nothing to do with any of my purchases.

Iphone 11 pro app closed automatically before open

Requested to fix the issue where by while opening the application its automatically closing the app without open. Thanks

Can be better.

This app can definitely get better. It has improved over time. The app does not accurately depict the remaining calll minutes and data accurately. The calling minutes and data usage counter does not update immediately. It takes a few hours and sometimes days to updateWhat I love about this app is that it's a one stop shop for all my ooredoo related services. Cannot get more user friendly than that.

i don’t know where can i write a review for Ooredoo. this service is never been helpful. you will be suddenly cut your internet and it will take a decades for them to fix. they won’t even bother how long they will take an action for your inquiry. their plan is a no no. they will not even allow you for a recharge if you have plan already on your number. my plan for call which is not enough for me for a month and i asked them if it’s possible to pay my bill then i can have the service back. they said no! so i have to wait for 2 weeks!for business, if there’s a construction works around your place your landlines, internet and signal will be cut. they will not even bother to let their costumers know what the heck is happening!and if you will call their call center service?? their staffs are not reliable and not well train!! i asked for mobile money inquiry and they told me that call back tomorrow morning after 7pm. i was like?? really?!! are you guys on high??and if you will not recharge for maybe a week? they will cut your netwokr and they can’t call you! unlike other networks that will give you 3mos not to recharge your load. but still you can use their service!seriously??!!! i will not recommend this network! i don’t see any good deal with this network 🙄. i don’t even know if you deserve 1 star. lol

Apple Pay for app and login

U should give options for payment with Apple Pay also same as Vodafone if we don’t want to pay by card detail we can pay with Apple Pay simply with double clicking power botton and show face to unlock wallet and pay your app log out me every time when I log in and don’t use he makes me log out every time want to use I want to enter number get otp and log in

Glitchy payment processing

Every single payment attempt either fails or freezes. I attempt payments using Qatari credit and debit cards, US debit and credit cards. There are always problems. The only way I know a payment goes through is via sms. The app just shows processing. I have to close and reopen to verify. The app is also just one aspect of multiple issues related to Ooredoo service. For instance, they notify you that your bill is due on the same day it is due, along with a threat of service interruption. It’s as if extraterrestrials with no idea how normal people’s lives work are writing the company policies and procedures. You can rest assured that Ooredoo will not care about basic customer service and you will certainly have to make trips into their store. On the bright side, the customer service reps in the stores know how to help. Unfortunately they are just cleaning up the mess that is their company’s overall service and app quality. There is no point in having an app if it doesn’t save time for the customer. That is the fundamental point of an app. Ooredoo clearly misses that point.

App is useless and doesn’t work.

App is only useful for showing unused minutes and data. App will not accept payments (fails every time) and WhatsApp support is completely useless as they will just waste your time having you delete and reinstall the app, then insist it’s the bank’s problem. Bank confirmed temporary charges are pending but Ooredoo fails to process them. Moreover the app is very poorly coded. Functions like DND (do not disturb) to opt out of excessive marketing (3-4 texts a day) are positioned off the screen and users are unable to access these settings. Logically this is most likely by design. As the only Telcom company to make a loss, your team is doing a horrible job at supporting your customers and providing a positive experience.

Update Contact Information

Everytime I login the app is asking to update contact information. Even do the email and the mobile number is updated it keeps asking the same and there is no way to close the popup screen so user is stock and has no choose but to close the app and reopen again which the cycle keeps repeating again and again.

Worst telecommunication company

I am going to try to switch to vodafone soon. Ooredoo takes advantage of their customers by making additional charges for no reason.They even cut off the wifi to our house once in the middle of the Covid pandemic where all students had online schooling. The service is terrible and their fictitious policies are worse. If Ooredoo did not have a monopoly over consumers in qatar, they wouldnt be so successful like they are today.
