Stop whining

I gave it 5 and I only used the app once .. some of if not all of you that are complaining are just ungrateful! Period! This app is supposed to do you a favor by making things more convenient but bc it doesn’t that’s a problem! Work smarter not harder .. there’s others ways to get better results! Or atleast close to what you had in mind in the first place! If this app doesn’t work for you then so be it but don’t act like they didn’t try! Be grateful what you have not ungrateful for what you don’t

Awful app changes that will cost you money

This app used to be good, Howe some changes were made that will eventually cost you money. The app no longer showers you what you will get for each visit, ahead of time.Also every so often you will have to get labs done. The app only displays a very generic message that does not actually inform you when those labs came back, their status, if any additional labs are needed and if you need to repeat the process.If you call the number for the center, they will tell you its supposed to take 10 - 14 business days for those labs to come back.However, someone has to then sign off on those labs so that you can donate again.The app, gives no updates on the statuses.If you don’t call everyday to stay updated, they will drop your pay scale and you can quickly go from to $65 to $30, at no fault of your own.I used to like this app and plasma center, but I’ll be shopping around for other centers, now.

Terrible app. Your better off waiting

This app only works on the sites WiFi. It’s pretty garbage and freezes constantly when it does work. 1 star is me being generous

iPhone 13 Pro Max

I am a donor and the systems works great. Until now. I had just got the 13 pro max and the app just loads and loads. Does not let me do anything.

New update has me unable to sign in or reset

Please…the app was fine before and it’s great when it works. After the new update I can’t even sign in nor reset my password NOR make a “new account” since my email says it’s registered already (obviously), and I can’t use any of the third party apps to sign in since the link just takes you back to the app and there’s no change.

App issues

Is there a problem with the app? It was working fine up until today when I tried to log in and it’s just stuck on loading but it doesn’t display anything but spinning circle. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and get the same problem. When something is working fine why try to make any changes that ruins everything is that’s the case.

You have to wait until the next day to get your money.

This is by far the worst plasma center in the state. Do not go to the one on Lafayette Road. I still haven’t got paid for my donation no one is picking up the phone to talk either. It’s not the card service they use either. It’s the workers. They so quick to leave once 7 o’clock come that they will push bottles to the side and process them the next day. And all you get is I’m sorry. That is unacceptable for your workers to be doing. I donated hours again they was not pack at all and for me still not to have my money is unacceptable. I advise you all to stay away for this plasma center

It’s okay

The app runs good enough for what it is my point However are not working at all it shows all of my donations (alot of em) and it’s showing 50 points which I’m not aure how is even possible because each donation gives you 100 points I should have like 2500 atleast
