Great App

Best OBD scanner, small price to pay for being able to read/delete codes. My family has three Jeep JK’s and I use this app for them. All three are set up different, used to diagnose, recalibrated when I reheated to 513 gears, have changed tire size and now don’t have to worry about my speedometer being off. Just deleted my Rubicon sway bar disconnect light from blinking when I changed to the EVO Ni Limits manual sway disconnect. Can’t say enough about this app....I registered all 3 Jeeps on my phone and have no problems going from one to another. Get this instead of paying way more for a scanner, it’s a no brainer as far as I’m concerned

Highly recommend this App

If you own a Jeep (I’ll assume dodge or Chrysler as well), it’s worthwhile spending money on this App. Not often do things do what is advertised, however JScan proves otherwise. I feel like it under promised and over delivered. I researched enough to understand how the different parts within the vehicle operate (interactions with similar and different hardware/software); built the confidence to clear out all previously programmed keys and reprogrammed new ones. Now, I no longer worry about someone finding my old/lost keys. As a bonus I was able to turn off the annoying TPMS warning since I haven’t had my original wheels and tires for over four years.

Love this app. Took a min to figure out because there are no instructions. A little quick start instruction and maybe a cheat sheet to what all the modules actually are? And the trail mode is sooo on the right track with the ability to lock the diffs in high range. I drive in a lot of sand and locked rear 2wd works great. really needs to have a switch for traction control. Nothing worse than getting stuck cause the traction control kicks in. And show tire pressure. I’m sure there’s more just can’t think of anything right now. That would be awesome. Please. Would love to see Trail mode updated. Keep up the good work.

Saved my day

I don’t know if the developer will read this but thank you for this app. I was in a world of pain after my speedo was 5mph off after using a calibration tool. I then spent a couple of hours fiddling around with a well known app to fix the issue but it left me with a miscalibrated speedo and a bunch of ABS trouble codes which I couldn’t clear because the ABS initialization function didn’t work.I bought this app on a whim after hearing about it on the forums and it just worked. No errors and I verified that my GPS is accurate. I was about to give up and take the day off to go in to the dealer.Minor feedback to the developer - there is a DJ Ram 2500 link which worked for me for my 3500 but the 2022 Ram 3500 isn’t listed directly.

Zero customer service

Bought all the recommended hardware (per developers website). Followed the instructions and watched user videos. I am able to change the TPMS lower threshold value in my ‘21 Gladiator Mojave, and the app confirms it is changed (including if I disconnect and reconnect). However, the warning still comes on at the old value when I let pressure out of my tires. (And I tried clearing all the faults, airing up and then back down, giving it time, etc.). I’ve reached out to customer support twice, given 1-2 weeks for them to respond each time, and I still haven’t received a single response. That’s $150+ worth of hardware and software down the drain.

I’m using a iPhone 5se and icar vgate 4.0, app worked great with my iPhone as well as the vgate 4.0. Developer is very helpful and fast to answer! App seems to do everything it is suppose 2! I mainly wanted my tpms light off and the horn not to blow when remote starting and this app was able to fix both things for me! Very pleased I also updated my tire size but I have yet to be able to test to see if the speedo is correct now or not. I’m hoping it is givin the programming worked on my other functions. Gets a A+ from me!

Amazing App & Development Team

This app is essential! OBD JScan has saved me so much time and also money instead of going to the dealership. They put you in control over your vehicle’s settings. Hands down, this is the best iOS OBD scanner and customized out there. Also, the developers were so friendly and helpful. One of the adaptions for my year Ram was missing. They worked hard and added the adaption with an update so that I could customize my Ram instead of going to the dealership. Would recommend this app to anyone needing a OBD scanner for iOS.

Fixed my flickering aftermarket LED headlights on my Jeep Wrangler (2016 JK)

I was able to use JScan to resolve an issue that would have otherwise involved a costly trip to a Jeep dealership - well worth the twenty bucks!Full story: I bought some Morimoto Super7 v2.0 headlamps for my 2016 JK, and the high beams flickered like crazy, even when using the Morimoto “anti-flicker” harness. After doing some reading, I discovered that the JK TPIM was configured by the factory for halogen headlamps, and used PWM to drive them - resulting in dreadful flicker when using LED replacements. Using JScan and an iCar Pro v4.0 BLE, I was able to configure the TPIM for the new headlamps.Here’s the settings in case anyone else has the same problem - your results may vary - use caution:Adaptation -> Lights conversion -> Bi-xenon headlights enable -> activeAdaptation -> Lights conversion -> High intensity discharge lights on/off -> activeAdaptation -> Lights conversion -> LED Quad headlamps on/off -> active

Easy decision

Let me start by saying that the app works well. It’s easy to use and the demo version will show you what it’s capable of doing. Just know it does exactly as described. However this is not about the app itself, but more about customer support. I messaged them on FB messenger with questions about my situation in particular. I got an automated message immediately that was followed shortly thereafter by super down to earth and friendly support. Even in a Sunday they responded. It was as if you had a friend that knew everything about cars and the app that you could reach out to. Get the right OBD reader and download this app. Stop searching. You won’t be disappointed.

Very satisfied

I tried several more expensive applications but none of them compared to this application. The ease of use to customize settings was incredible. Other apps require you to disconnect services and wait several minutes, but this one allowed quick changes. The menu was simple and did not require you search various tabs for settings. Amazing. I wish I found this application last week, and it would have saved me over $100 in apps I purchased. It also saved me from buying single application $199 “genies” to do what I wanted. Thank you!
