Excellent sodium tracker

I've been searching for a SodiumTracker that also had a database of foods. I've tried four or five other apps but nothing is as good as this one. I'm able to find both food components and restaurant prepared foods. It's been so helpful since my doctor has me on a low sodium diet. I can just put in a few letters of the food and a comprehensive list of foods pops up and makes it very easy for me to choose the one I'm looking for. I've compared the nutritional values for many of the foodsThat I've been looking up to the information on the official website for the food or on the package and have found that the nutrition information is accurate. This is a great improvement over several of the other apps that I've been looking at. I feel like I finally found a tool that can help me wrap my arms around tracking my sodium without driving me completely crazy. Do yourself a favor and give this app a try!

Great

This is a great ap. It is up to date with the calorie counts and even helps find the closest location to the restaurant you want to eat. I am glad I found this ap. It has all the restaurants near me so I can just go to this ap instead of having to individually search somewhere to find a healthy meal. This is such a time saver. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. Truly easy ap to navigate through and have had no issues so far.

Amazing App

This is an amazing app, because I track all my macros and happen to find myself in a position where I eat out often, I am still able to track down, what I eat and what it contains. Better yet, it allows to me to reverse search through the app and figure out what’s the best options amongst the “not so good choices” when eating out. Highly recommended.

Great app for tracking food!

I’m not on a weight loss diet. Actually, it’s the complete opposite....I am trying to gain weight. I do not have a stomach and it’s very hard for me to gain weight so I thought I should try a food tracker with calories. I am amazed with some of the calories in food. Sometimes I think there is more calories in something and also I think there is less calories I’m food. It’s very handy and convenient to have this on my phone instead of writing it down. I have a dietician and she was worried about me knowing the calories in food would trigger me but since I’m not triggered she’s fully on board with me using this app to track my food intake! Sometimes Overall, this is a great way to become more aware of all the food and drinks that you passing through your lips. I will continue to use this app for a long time! Probably even after my weight is back to be where is should be....which is probably quite a way down the road.

So far so good.

I must say this app is pretty good so far. I’ve struggled trying to find something that gives me information quick since I’ll be using this for “fast food”. I love how easy it is. I can open search or take a picture and I have all of the information I need for that me. I have just started to use this app so I have not discovered everything about it yet however, I must say that I am very very very excited. If you have a busy life style and want to be aware of what you are putting in your body try this app out. It won’t hurt. It is a awesome tool to use if you are trying to loose weight or just want to track your food. I hope this review helps you on whatever search or journey you are on. I actually love this app

Yes premium cost more money but it’s worth it. This app is just great. When I first did weight watchers over 12 years ago me and my mom spent a whole week researching foods online and what their points would be. We created a binder that held all of our favorite restaurants and what menu items would cost. Then before we went into any restaurant we would stop and see what we wanted to eat so that we had a healthy point safe plan. Now I don’t need to redo that same process I can actually look up all the nutrition info before I go into a place (sugar is a big one for me as I’m a diabetic) I can also look up points if I’m with a friend who’s on weight watchers. It is overall a great app only improvement would be a pairing with the my fitness app.

Great App

I have to monitor my sodium and potassium due to my medical condition. Each day I track what I eat and the nutritional data but eating out presents significant challenges relating to nutrition. This app allows me to select the restaurant then review the nutritional values of the various meals so I can choose a meal that falls within my guidelines. I highly recommend this app if you’re watching your nutritional values.

Great Start

I want to like the app and so far the information is helpful. However, so far the app has force closed itself when clicking on an item. Then when you get back in it asks you to pay for the premium version (which I have no problem doing as developers deserve this for their hard work and research) but why does it ask me to pay each time I use the app? I can just click “restore purchase” and it doesn’t make me pay again but still a little frustrating. Other than that it’s worth the $2.99

Amazing

This all is amazing! I love that it shows me the nearby restaurants. I can click on the restaurant and see all of the menu items or use the search feature. You can also save your favorite or go to restaurants to a favorites list. This makes it super easy to find my go to restaurants and quickly track the macros for each meal! I use the app all the time.

Paid for Upgraded features, did not receive

I have contacted Apple they basically said it’s not their problem and gave me a link to the app. Followed it, sent a message to the app maker and have yet to hear anything back. It’s been over a week. Granted it’s only $2.99 for the upgraded restaurants, but that’s still money spent that I’m not getting what I paid for. I gave it 1 star for the meager “free” restaurants provided even though most of them aren’t even near me (even though I chose that option when I first downloaded). I was really looking forward to this app since I’ve just been diagnosed with diabetes and I travel a lot. Sad that it’s been a complete waste of time and money.
