Shutter speed?
What shutter speed am I shooting at? We need numbers to know if the subject will be frozen or blurry in the photo. Or to recreate a look you will need to know the shutter speed information. Why haven't any of the apps made a shutter speed priority with auto everything else. I just need an app that can work like my DSLR. Manual when I want it and auto priority modes. Also, you need to add TIF image format.
Why did you remove the video option?
Like a few others have said, I won't be updating the app because I want the video function. The native app for iOS 8 is terrible.
Great app, simple yet functional
This app does exactly as is described. Manual control over the focus, ISO (light sensitivity) and shutter speed similar to a DSLR camera. This certainly gives you more options for night photography or scenes where auto-focus doesn't work very well. I would defiantly recommend this app.
Well, it WAS good.
I absolutely loved this app, and I used it to shoot a short film. It worked great and the videos looked amazing. Now that the video feature has been removed, it has no purpose on my phone. For those that are really serious about videography/photography, I'd recommend ProShot.
Won't upgrade to the new version.
Why would u remove the video function? That was my favorite thing about the app. The videos come out 10x better than pictures. For me, if I want pics taken with FEW, I need really good lighting, up close too, otherwise the pic is of very low quality. You guys ruined a good thing. PLEASE BRING BACK THE VIDEO FUNCTION. Until you do, I won't be updating the app.
Great, but one problem
I really like how this app gives you controls that the stock camera app doesn't give you. However, I was disappointed to see that the photos taken with this app don't have any EXIF data, so you can't see what ISO or shutter speed were used once you're looking at them on your computer.
Great app, slightly unstable
The UI and performance of this app is great. It's clean and simple to use, but I've noticed a few crashes when switching cameras and playing with the dials on the "W" part.
Refreshingly simple
I have used many popular camera programs in the App Store, and although they are great, none come close to the ease of use of FEW. This is manual camera controls done right.With a simple flick you can switch between the apps main controls: Focus, Exposure, and White Balance. Once there, you use sliders to adjust your settings as desired. That's it. It's so simple!I encourage the developer to continue building on this program which will undoubtedly be one of the best manual camera programs for iOS 8.
Great camera app
Although the same camera is used in the default app and this one, the manual controls of "Few" make much difference. My favorite features are that it allows the user to select a custom focus, and that the colors appear more natural. I recommend it.
Great product!
I like how this allows you to manually control elements of a photo that you take. I would like to see a zoom option get incorporated into this app.
