Players can upgrade their physical abilities to escape the NextBots, such as unlocking the double jump or increasing their running speed for a limited time. In addition to playing as a human, players can also unlock and summon NextBots to add to the game's entertainment value. Voice chat and text chat are available for communication with other players. The game also features events such as summoning Senator Armstrong or Blackout, which temporarily blackens the screen. Players in NextBot Multiplayer can also interact with each other by punching or pushing each other, which adds to the game's fun and entertainment value. The game currently has four maps: Residential, Office, Parking, Flat, de_dust2, cs_office, gm_flat and Streets, with more maps planned for future updates.
