Using Another App

I have relied on the WTKR app for years. It seems that this update took a rather sleek interface and bogged it down with irrelevant fillers and advertisement. The addition of historical /political biographies masked as news was a poor choice as well.

Messed up a good app

The old app let me start a video, then minimize it to a smaller window. Meaning I could watch and still use other apps. This new one, it’s bad. Messed up a good app for what?

WTKR is my go to for local news. It is nice to know you will be aware of everything happening in Hampton Roads with one click.

Not signing up for info I can get from other sources. I don’t want to give my email at the outset either. I like having a choice. I choose not to use WTKR’s app.

Best Quality

This station has one of the best broadcast teams outside of New York. The app is kept up to date and compliments nicely the live broadcasts.

First thing!

This app is the first news I read every morning. I no longer live in the viewing area but my children and grandchildren still live in the area. What I like most about WTKRs app, the ability to forward your stories and alerts to my daughters.T. Brown

Helpful app to have.

It’s definitely a helpful app to have on your phone or tablet. I have been using this app for years now and have never been disappointed in it. Give it a try can’t hurt too.

Fresh, new look! But APP shows old news!?

I like the new look of the WTKR APP but what am I seeing 2-3 Day old news at the top of the news feed? Please fix this!
