Stolen content
I would like to point out that the ad calls it “the real dragon ball game” and yet uses footage from dragon ball legends and In the game it uses sprites from dragon ball fighterz (at least when it can) as well as icons from dragon ball z Dokkan battle
Game issue
Game won’t load and haven’t been able to play in a week. Is there a new version being used now?
I like playing this, but
I remember the event where you get the chance to get Launch the character, but despite using all the saved gems to get that character, of course I didn’t get it and to me it looked and sounded like it said “HA scr** you!” As if you didn’t want people to have them in which I believe that’s the case. All in all game fun, method and drop rates of gaining these event characters and items for exchanges for limited time characters are completely bad that loves to screw people over.
Supper annoying
Having issues using the “free gifts” codes. I’ve messaged support about it but no luck. Game is pretty good for the most part but not being able to participate in the give always is super annoying and makes me feel like they use that to gain more downloads.
Support email is not real!
Forgot my log in and when click on get support, the page that loads has contact email that kicks back as a fake email. Extremely disappointed
Good game
Liked playing the game and would like to enjoy playing again, but unfortunately nobody has gotten back with on trying to reset my password for my account, since there’s no option to do anything when you load the game back up. Also like to point I had just recently reinstalled and the r sometime away from the game and this issue is the only thing keeping me from enjoying the game again.
Glitch
Please fix this I can’t change the user name or lower the audio and music
Mess up screen
The main screen icon is mess up.For beginners, do not have avatar option that give you access to your account and setting to adjust your sound etc.
Horrible support
I’ve been trien for over a month to contact any type of support I won a event never got my prize I met all the requirements it said and got nothing also they have combo cards I met the requirements for 3 of them yet can’t get them or find out how to get them I tried the Facebook page but because the person didn’t like my comment how there’s no support or how I’m still owed a prize from a event they blocked me they take out money but when you need assistance there’s none to be found
