My company moved to this for 2 factor authentication. It is the first in I have had that works. Plus it is fast!
Face if needs to be fixed
Daily I have issues with faceid flickering upon opening app and the only way to resolve it to reboot phone. Business mandates use of faceid so I cannot just disable and use pin.
Simply doesn’t work
After working well for about 18 monthh, this app stopped working about 1 year ago on my iPhone 8, now running iOS 15.1. The app tries to launch, there is a very brief flash, and then it disappears and cannot be found. The two factor authentication codes have no way of being received. I have deleted the app and re-download it from the App Store several times, but that has not fixed anything. This has been in the reviews for over a year, so I can only believe that the developers are no longer supporting this product. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to matter to my company, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I am only posting this review to help inform others who may experience this.
Don’t receive notifications
The app doesn’t prompt notifications, very difficult to get connected. Even if shows notice, when I clicked “Accept” immediately, it always shows “Timeout”. Very difficult to use.
NetIQ Authentication App for cloud apps
This product works great for 2FA even with cloud apps like workday or Salesforce. It’s super quick, the allow notifications pops up, and it authenticates flawlessly every time. Easy to use and setup; ignore the reviews from non-business consumer users. If you have an IT dept in your business, this is the cleanest 2FA app in the market.
Pretty cool
I started using this instead of receiving SMS messages. Much faster and I always have my phone handy.
Ugly and crap
Scanning doesn’t work. No error messages or help. The app looks so bad too – no effort was put into the design. ** Update Although it was not very intuitive, the app scanner does work and after going to IT I was able to get it working. Still don’t think it looks very nice but it works. ** Update doesn’t work again. Hate this app so much.
I’d give negative stars if I could
Pretty much one of the worst decisions my company has ever made to go from a simple password and login to this, not only did it not work 90% of the time, now with switching phones I don’t have access to any of my accounts!
No workie
It was able to work on time but hasn’t worked since. Also, if you change phones, then you pretty much have to start all over again.
Face ID
Sometimes when I open the app, it messes up my Face ID , I have to reboot my phone to get it to work, because when it happens my Face ID doesn’t work for anything unless I reboot my phone I can’t use it to even to open my iPhone
