Best Remote
This remote is great! It connects to everything in your home and allows you to find it with a touch of a button on your phone. Highly recommend!
Constantly needs troubleshooting
Remote works fine until it needs to be reset which is 3 times a week! I don’t understand why it has to be done so often, should just be a one time thing.
Easy setup
The app made it really easy to set up the universal remote to work with my TV, Apple TV, and other items.
Unusable so far
I would give this 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest. I purchased a 6 device universal remote that needs this app. Apparently the remote needs a firmware update from v34 to v37, but this app fails every single time to update the firmware. I have tried dozens of times and as many different ways to go about this, but nothing works. I have tried to mainly set up 1 device with this, a Samsung Smart TV that sadly finally broke its remote, but I am unable to do so even manually trying to enter the codes. Not to mention the remote is supposed to be pre-programmed to work with Samsung Smart TVs, because most don’t for some reason, but even with the manual codes I still get the “you can’t do that without a Samsung Smart remote” error. Anyone have a similar experience or a fix or workaround to get this working? This is the 3rd remote ordered and none will control the smart functions of the TV.
Great when it works, but it wont
I love using the find it feature, as we often lose our remote. However, recently its been caught in a loop and its useless. The loop is as follows:> Remote is lost, open app> Select find it feature> Prompt says there is a “firmware” update available (cannot get out of saying yes to it), select Next> Firmware successfully updates> It attempts to pair the remote, despite it already being paired. > Remote successfully pairs (again)> Select Next> ”Test with Remote” screen, displaying the adjust volume of remote option. > Select Next> “Connecting”> “What would you like to rename your remote?” WHY is it asking me to do all of this, when all I requested was to use the find it feature???> Select Save, return to main screen again. Find it feature was never even used, all of that was for nothing!>RepeatI’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and on, replacing batteries in the remote, repairing the remote. It always yields the same result. Whats the issue here?

This app made it soooo easy to set up my remote. Loved it! Easiest set-up ever!
Pretty much useless
Can’t program a Motorola set top cable box. Links in the app go nowhere or don’t load. The whoke experience is pretty much a hot mess.
