This things needs to be fixed because I’ve been trying for a week now to make a subscription and they kept telling me external system down I shouldTry later and I’ve been on with this same issue for a week now It’s boring

App is not working!!!

Please fix your app because it’s not working!!! I can’t even log in to check my subscription details on the app, it keeps saying something went wrong try few minutes later but it’s been days now and it’s still not working

Unpleased

Please fix this app, I haven't been able to know how many days left till my subscription ends and the app keeps telling me that something went wrong and I should try again. For like a week now I've not been able to Access it and this is not cool at all. This is the worst upgrade ever!!

Can’t log in after this update

TV channels do not appear as on real TV

I experience an horrific experience with this app. I paid for the full package in the intention to get to the Sport events wherever the internet is available. Package available from this app DSTV NOW have nothing with the one that I paid.

Unable to login

For a month now since I updated my DStv app, I’m unable to login. You guys should do something about it. The worst part about this whole thing is even when you called the help center, they can’t provide you with any help really frustrating.

Please update the app

What is this? Please update the app, I did a transfer through the mobile app to a account number and before I could finish the transfer and get to the app it has returned to the home view, and over 6 hours now my viewing hasn’t been restored and my money hasn’t been reversed

Glitchy

Why’s this app so buggy though? This moment it’s network not working well, the other it’s my payment not successful.. you can’t make a successful login and it’s a huge stress each time I try to login.. y’all get a good app dev sirs. Too much tariff yet no good services.. I wish I can give no star at all
