Needs tweaked at the very least

The concept of this game is fun and some it is but... There are several things that need fixed. For one thing all of the rooms rely too heavily on one factory. You have to keep the one oil factory going with a ridiculous amount products just to be able to make the other products require for finishing one client. Not to mention the premium clients require eight products that require 16 different things to make them. Some of said products take 30 minutes each and the client only stays for an hour. They only way to get anywhere on this game is to hover over it all day and constantly fill the oil factory. I have a life and precious few minutes at a time to play this. I’m only at level 8 and it’s already ridiculously hard to get anything done. Another annoying thing is you have to keep going back to each room and look at the list of clients to see what supplies you need. Why can’t you make some sort of mark on materials needed on the factory list? This is stupid to have to go back and forth to try and figure out what to load your factories with to prep.

I want to like this app but

it’s too slow paced and if you want to get anywhere, you have to use gems! It takes forever to make anything. From, waiting for the plants to finish growing, to waiting again for the products to finish. AND THEN numerous customers needing the same product to get their service, takes FOREVER. On top of that, to get extra slots to make your product you need to buy gems? I could live with the 2 slots you give to make the product, sure. But I don’t spend all my time on my phone let alone checking this app every second to make sure the product has finished and I can make a new one. It’s a great concept yes. But I’m done. Not spending money. If it were a fair game. Sure. I’ll spend some to get ahead a bit, but not every time I need an extra slot. You don’t even create enough opportunities to earn gems. Maybe once every hour I get to watch a video for 1 gem. Yahoo! 🙄 sorry not sorry but I’m deleting this app.

The new update.

I absolutely LOVED the game before it just recently updated. They have it set now where the premium patients are on a timer now and if you don’t finish in time you lose the customer. What I don’t like about this is now I feel like I have to be on 24/7 which is impossible. Plus, some products alone take as long at the time for the premium customer so there’s absolutely no way for me to even get the products I need. I also don’t like it because if you do lose a customer you have to wait x amount of hours until you get a new customer and that could literally be at anytime, even during the night. So I could be sleeping, get a customer and by the time I wake up I have either no time and have already lost the premium customer or probably 30 min. It’s just very unorganized and whoever came up with the new update clearly did not think it through all the way. The previous set up of the game BEFORE the update was 1000x better. I absolutely loved it.

Update

I was so happy when I saw there’s an update and gladly open them if there’s any new changes but then my smile faded and I felt kinda disappointed. The moment I opened the apps and there’s an information saying that the premium will only has 9 no longer 13. I thought its nothing so I just shrugged it off. But then when I exited the important news, I saw my premium guest place only has 3 which was supposed to be 5 and I was like shocked and my heart boiled up with anger? Because I have been saving all my moneys just to pay the premium guest all this long and you guys just said that and leave without any refund or something? And the premium guest doesn’t even bother me if there’s a lot and I actually like it? And you guys suddenly throw it away like a trash and just leave a simple notice without anything like an apologize with something good as a exchange? It’s so unfair to me and when I was started to like this app? Then it suddenly lower down my mood and I feel kinda want to delete them? But then I thought that was not fair so I wrote this review. I hope you read this and give some feedback or fixed this because I really hoping something else back, it will help a lot. Thanks.

I Did Like This Game

I like the game and didn’t even really complain about how long it took for certain items to be made or that you have to wait for an item to make another item. But now this game isn’t as fun anymore. The time limit on the suits aren’t long enough and the rewards for finishing them on time don’t out weigh that. They fixed my game with the last update because it kept glitching and freezing all the time. But I also lost two suit clients when I updated because they automatically give you the clients instead of waiting for you to say you are ready for them. Now I have to wait another 12 hours just to get new clients, which I also think is ridiculous. I am okay with the suits having time limits (even though 2/3hrs and not enough time, I work and have a life) but if you are going to limit how many can be brought (ie. 3) than you should allow people to do more than a few in a day. I use to love the game but it’s starting to be more of a hassle than fun. This is strike two with this game. If there are no improvements with the next update I will not be playing any longer.

Easy beneficial helpful

Why those three words in my title of my review. I am older in my late 50s. And I have been diagnosed with early onset dementia. Games like this help me with my memory and my motor skills. And it’s colorful and it’s not overbearing. The other thing is I do spend money on games for little packages to enhance my play. Why because I can. I don’t understand some of the complaints about this game. It’s a lot to it and it seems like it can go on for a very long time. I can’t stand games where you have to have friends to progress. Or the level to get so hard that you cantaccomplish anything. To me it’s a better upgrade then farm games and some of the island games out there. I happened upon this because I play the other hospital game I think this company does. And it took me a minute to get the hang of it but I’m getting there I recommend this game for anyone who’s older he need something to do. And it really helps me with staying focused I give it four stars no game is perfect

Wanted to give 5 stars..

I’ve been playing this game for about a week now and it’s a great game, super addictive and fun. But the products take way too long to make, especially when you start leveling up and every other product has to be combined with another product which makes the process take hrs to make. Plus, you can’t buy multiple product makers-which makes no sense to me because you can only make 2 products at a time. So this game is very time consuming-to finish a round of clients takes forever. Plus, the surrounding areas needs a hammer or hoe to remove the excess trees and rocks- and you only get those when you level up or have a special client (but they only give you about 5 of those items or less at a time and each item can only remove THAT certain area where the whole place is covered in trees and rocks) That’s the only complaints that I have, otherwise it has the potential to being a really great simulation game. Please in the next update, let it be easier to make products. Let us be able to level up our machines or something so they can produce products faster, let us use money to get rid of the excess trees and rocks (if not at least some type of reward for removing them like coins or something) Oh, there’s also no daily reward? So that could make things a bit easier. Sorry this review is really long, I do love this game but after a week of playing I’m getting discouraged to keep going because of how long everything takes.

Some issues

I see by the reviews in the past I am not the first one to say something like this but it seems you are very willing to say thank you we will pass on to developers. It take entirely way to long to make the products, grow the supplies needed, and build the buildings. Then premium clients are not there long enough for you to get the required products. It is way to expensive in coins to play this game and that doesn’t count the gems needed. You literally have to be in the game to make money, who has that amount of time, people work and have responsibilities, and a life. This game could be so much fun but it seems you are not even listening to your players, every complaint in the reviews are still continuing to happen, are you all even listening and trying to correct these issues. Them you play and play and the game kicks you out and you loose the progress you made, come on!!! Each new level requires a lot of coins and there is no way to make those unless you pay for them, this is supposed to be fun and it appears that the game is not meant for fun but only for your profit. So disappointing. Please don’t say contact support through the game, I have done that and have yet to get a response from over 7 days ago!

Still too expensive to play

I haven’t played this game in a long time so I thought I would check it out. You have made some decent changes like reducing the time of making products. With that being said, everything you need even up to decor still costs an arm and a leg to buy. The conversations between the customers and the artists should be totally gone because no one cares about them. You decreased the farm ing patches which isn’t a good move at all. No room still to decorate your land because the shops take up all of the spaces anyway. I must say that I do love the choices in decorations but if you can’t use them what’s the sense. The time to get a new treat for the rich and famous should take two minutes not two days. If you want to speed up the time, money again. If you want to cut down a tree or small rock, money again. Everything still remains money in this game. I guess the rich and famous can play it too unless you make some good updates and stop being so greedy. It really could be a fun game.

New Update is NOT good

So I had been playing this game for about a month before they updated the way premium clients work. The game itself is similar to FarmVille except it’s beauty/spa products and actually very fun! The update ruined it for me though. Before there were 9 premium client rooms which they reduced to three, 4 if you want to pay $6.99 for the last one. And now you only have 3 hours to complete all their treatments. Some of the things you need to produce for them to use take 2 hours so it’s basically impossible to help them unless you have a ton of storage available and stockpile products! I have 70 product storage slots and never have the correct combination of products to complete their treatments. I like they the removed some of the premium suites because 9 was a little overkill, but not instead of making it somewhat possible to help them, you really have no chance. And even if you try to produce the products needed and are able to complete 2 out of the 3 treatments, you don’t get rewarded at all. So either you have 90% of the products they need and the ones you don’t have short production times, or don’t even bother because you won’t get anything for trying! Very disappointed in this game now.
