This app is useless

This app is completely useless. When I login, it takes me out of the app into a website to show me minimal account information which makes the app useless because why did I download an app if it’s just going to take me to another website when I can just go to the safe link website login and see way more information. Don’t waste your time.

App doesn’t work

Spent the entire day trying log onto the app as new lifeline provider. Knew I shouldn’t have switch from standup wireless to SafeLink. Had zero issues with standup wireless when Concerning app. I’ll give this much customer service on phone was very helpful. Specially the last young lady she informed issues with SafeLink. Issues get resolved sooner before later

Nonfunctional

Seriously, you cannot even log into this application. I have been on the site, they have my account and all information (the site is it’s own hassle even trying to update personal information. Submission links non functional and the app takes it to a whole other level. Try to sign in with your phone number and taken you a blank screen where it only has a

This App no longer works

I put this app on my iPad to keep up with my data and minutes on my cellphone it worked up until the recent update iOS update then it started to give me a message directing me to check my cellphone messages were I receive a message with a link to the website were you can see your data list and all every time I try to login my account this didn’t happen until apple updated their iOS so I’m not sure if you need to update your App but it’s not working & I have tried to download this app on my phone and it won’t download anymore neither.Fix your App .

Sprint?

About one year ago, I kept getting notices in the mail, telling me that Sprint took over safe link and that if I didn’t respond within 30 days, my service for safe link would be shut off. They sent me a free Sim card and it worked for about a year and a half with no payments and out of nowhere a month ago. My phone just won’t let me talk text or anything unless it’s iPhone to iPhone. I have had safe link since 2011 and have never had to reapply since nothing changed in my financial status, so I don’t know what that was all about. did I get scammed? Even though sprint gave me a free Sim card and again I had free service through them for about a year or so and then with no notification. I had absolutely no phone service to use. other than that, I have had no problems whatsoever with safe link in all the years I’ve had it

Almost there!

The app works pretty well, I can see balances that I normally can’t see on the Safelink website. However, when app restarts, I am prompted to sign back in every time the app is restarted. Can you please add an option to stay signed in or at least have Face ID/Touch ID authentication?

Links don’t work

Somehow, I ended up finding the FAQ section (no small feat, and they don’t even have that on their website!). I was trying to figure out why I haven’t been getting my minutes and my end date keeps changing. The last time I spoke w customer Svc, they said I am supposed to get my minutes on the first of the month. But my end date is the 11th? Doesn’t make sense and the end date changes before I ever get there. So I downloaded this app to try and figure it out. FAQ: What do I do if I didn’t receive my minutes? “Click HERE for instructions.” Nothing happens when I click “HERE”. Same thing happens for all the different links; None of them work!If we have this app, it should show us not only our service end date, it should explain what that means; tell us what day of the month to expect our minutes so we don’t need to guess; and tell us how many minutes we will receive each month, how much data, how much extra we may have purchased, and how much, if any is eligible to roll over and how much is not. Please stop keeping us in the dark. The customer service reps have no idea, bc every time I call, I get a different answer! Not to mention, I can’t understand them and they can’t understand me. You are being paid for the service we are supposed to be getting, so please give us some GOOD service!

All the Time

Why, do I have to sign in to the Safelink (application) service every time, when I didn't sign out of the Safelink (application) service in the first place. And the Safelink application doesn't refresh properly, and when it does refresh it's a blank screen page! And the notification when do they work? 100 years from now! Maybe? And I can't access my account info from the Safelink application too! Is this app for advertising only?

Would be Great if it Worked

Half of the time the app says im not enrolled. I’ve contacted support multiple times but even they don’t know what’s wrong. some times i get lucky and can see how much data i have, but 8/10 times the app is glitched when i open it so i have to guess how much data i have left. Definitely need an update for this app
