awful security features
it asks to input otp for each page not only in app but also on the website which causes extra charges from sms
Absolutely NO consideration of User Experience
Looks like a systems/apps integration driven initiative. Zero consideration of user experience. Optismisation of systems integration. Customers are least in their consideration, absolutely no consideration of user experience. If there was a zero star rating, this app would certainly deserve it.
Lousy App
Lots of sync issues and missing points. Customer service takes forever to reply a simple message. Don’t bother.
Really poor
Extremely poorly designed, full of bugs, really slow and half the time doesn’t work. The developers must be dinosaurs, gives a feeling this is a 10-12 years old app..
I wouldn’t be using this app if not for the Vitality programme
It’s basically a very useless app that can’t even handle sync well. More often than not, each update purports to improve performance and what-not but even more often than not the app always fails to sync activity/workouts from the phone. This has been a perennial problem since this app was created. Get it done right once and for all!
Worst App Ever
One of the worst app ever, sluggish and painful to use. The spin wheel always landing on 40 coins, rigged!

Constantly asks for marketing consent at every tap even when I have declined all marketing calls and contact.
Always on “maintenance”
I have some rewards in the app that I wanted to claim but for some reason, the app is always down on maintenance. I don’t understand why they have so much downtime.
Terrible update!
This new app is absolutely horrible to use. Can no longer work in landscape format, the first screen after logging in has another gate. Takes a LONG time to load. This is embarrassing AIA SG.
