I have always been a Muvi fan ever since it opened its doors. I rooted for it since day one, gave good ratings, spoke very well about it to friends and family… I never stepped foot inside Vox or AMC. That is how loyal I am.I booked 3 tickets to go watch a movie tonight. I paid SR 210 for this film, and though I got checked in, I was not let in and therefore had to leave the movie theatre. I understand the employee was following the rules, but the way in which he dealt with the situation was unprofessional. He did not try to make amends with a fellow customer and that is why I am solely upset. The employee did not look for a proper way to deal with the situation.Because of this, I only wish if there were more courtesy extended towards customers like myself who come all the way to watch a film in a movie theatre they truly admire. Since I did not receive this type of validation today, I have decided I will not be coming back to MUVI theatres.
I love muvi theaters but I hate their app! It’s very slow … and sometimes when I’m choosing seats it says that it’s not available, yet when I reopen the app the same seat appears to be available which is strange and annoying since I’ve already chosen another seat. The tickets cannot be saved to the wallet in my iPhone. Fix it please.
The most expensive movie showrooms on the universe! Stop this! It is only a movie do you want yo gain for the decades that you didn't have cenimas in the kingdom?! Shame on you for using ppl this way!
Overall great app, could use some improvement, as the seating selection doesn’t load sometimes
That’s my first experience with you and I was using the website was too slow then downloaded the application and unfortunately was worse slow and some of the features aren’t working !!
We watched an amazing movie and seen by me and my husband only . Thank u for the gr8 service and experience.
We entered the cinema and it was not clean at all , it was filthy . The cleaners were outside chatting and playing on their phones . The carpet was a disgrace , filled with marks of spilt beverages . I will not repeat it again . I have taken a video and sent it to my family and friends .
