Just bad

It keeps bugging every time that it makes ne wonder what are the updates even for? I’ve been trying to log in for the past 2 hours and it just keeps spamming me with OTP. Might as well discontinue the app if it’s more unusable than usable.

Extremely terrible app (အရမ်းညံ့ဖျင်း)

MPT4U app is the worst app I have been ever used. Plenty of bugs, numerous errors and many many problems inside.- It often asks to log in even though been already logged in.- Cannt update detail info after buying package or topping up.- Sometimes delay to load.- Cannot play MPT point everyday. It sometime shows blank space to get draw.- In Lo Ta Ya section, most items (eg-puzzles or webtoon) are empty even titles and words are shown.- Selected language is automatically changed to Myammar.- Refresh button at right upper corner does not work occasionally.

MPT club & point

The response in MPT club column is so terrible. There are always problems while entering MPT club for checking my points. "Plz try again", "Your number is not registered yet" even I've already registered and have even 900 over points, "Your password is incorrect" even I entered the correct PW. What's that!? I always used MPT sim. But I really disappointed about that. Everytime I face this problem, I checked my signal strength but it's also OK.. full strength and nothing's wrong. What!? What's your problems with that!?

Fake MPT club and points, May 15, 2020

Error on sim registration update ruin me

I needed to update sim registration even after it being registered 2 times and being a long user of that SIM card. I updated again and outgoing call was locked. I called hotline number and they said there seems to be an error and now I need to wait for next working day.

Useless

It always has internet error or loading for some reason which I don’t know every time I open the application to check my data’s and other information. Also to slow to use it.

Slow performance

The app performance is too slow and its really annoying to wait the running function. And backing (back button) from Lucky Drow is error. Developer should update these features.

Impressively AWFUL

For the biggest carrier to put out such an awful, awful product and customer service is truly an amazing feat!This app constantly requires updates, yet the new features only create more trouble with dead-ends and app crashing..😞It is even more frustrating to connect with customer service , with a mix of non-response via Email, not understanding limitations of movement when placing issues via Phone, as well as a lack of Contact/Chat feature built into the app.Please, please resolve these issues before you lose more customers

Unable to open

The app takes forever to load. It said “ The data can’t be read because it is in incorrect format “. It just shows plain white blank. And when I do get into the app after trying like 467 times, my MPT club is not logged in although I’ve logged in the previous time. I think you should develop an app which is compatible with later iOS versions.

I have reach Platinum Level in MPT Club and got 2 chances for daily MPT Club Hti Pauk. Both with 1 or 2 points every time I tried. If you don’t wanna give the points, why giving two chances and let us disappoint? And the data connection is always bad.

Force to update the app

I like using this app but lately, it keeps asking for updates. More like 3 or 4 updates in a roll in a week. Seriously. I can’t use the app if I don’t update it and also, it doesn’t have any big changes to the apps after updating it. It starts to get annoying.
