ABSOLUTELY MY #1

This app is an absolute game changer. It’s the first app I open when I wake up and same goes for when I head to bed. It’s also my go-to if I’m having an off day or need a little more insight into something that a friend or family member may could fine helpful or useful. It’s affirmations are powerful and seem to hit at the best times. My 16 yr old son downloaded the app for himself about 2 weeks ago, after I started sharing the daily affirmations with him every morning during a time when he was going thru kinda tuff time. We made it our daily promise to each other to take a few minutes and do the daily affirmations and spend a few extra minutes taking advantage of all the other amazing info, spiritual enlightenment, current moon cycle and endless positive recommendations and options ETC that this (well for us) game changing app that is perfect for anyone that’s on a spiritual journey, or just curious about understanding more about this mystical side of our world or if you are apart of this community and this is the practice you and your family use in your day to day life. Could not recommend more! ✌🏼🌙✨

Spiritual Meets Capitalism the app

Moonly was recommended to me in a comment section of someone who was looking to better their tarot skills, so I decided to try it out. This app looks amazing, but if you wanted to be a free-to-play type user here, I’d recommend sticking to looking up info online or using another app entirely. The app pushes you SO hard to buy the full version, and even more so towards a subscription. At $70 USD for an app though, you have to be REALLY into the lifestyle associated with the content, and an avid app-user to begin with to justify the purchase. Moonly gets two stars from me since it does look appealing aesthetically, is often updated, and maintained well with cool looking content, QoL/bug fixes, and articles to browse and learn from… but the sheer in-your-face marketing and extreme predatory business tactics to get you to make a purchase was a massive turn off for me. I get it, people need to make money, but I could easily look up the information here online or in books without being pestered to buy things at every turn. I would’ve considered a purchase for all the content Moonly has, but not with ethics like that. I’ll continue to support my local library and small creators who could use the patronage instead.

Do NOT pay for the membership!! They only give 3 days of “lifetime” access

I have deleted the app and redownloaded, still signed in to the same Apple account. The previous messages between the support “Natalie” and me have disappeared—freaking ridiculous! I am getting incredibly frustrated with this process and I am about to request a refund at this point. I paid for the lifetime membership and only received 3 days access. LIFETIME does not mean limited access.. and if it does mean that to this company than I do not wish to support such a defective and sneaky company. I reported this to Apple and have left a review. Natalie was of NO HELP and said to wait 3-4 hours until the new version is out—I waited, no upgrade. Then I deleted the app to redownload HOPING that would help. No.. instead it deleted my previous messages therefore erasing my “support” from whoever incompetent person was helping me before. I have already attempted to restore the app according to your FAQ and that was literally what she told me to do again. I had to prove I paid for the membership by sending the Apple receipt and my bank statement.. why do I need to prove it when it should be applied to my account??? Can’t you CHECK my account?? I NEVER SIGNED OUT OF IT. Get better IT help and fix the app or give me back my money. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PRETEND ITS AN ISSUE ON YOUR END!

Saved My Life

Thank you for everything you have made available to us. There is a free version. However, the price for the rest of the features is next to nothing in comparison to what this app and its developers have actually given me. I have raved about this app in multiple therapy groups and have highly recommended it to my friends. I have even sent details to people I pushed away years ago. It helped pull me from a dark place. I have been using it for a while now. It helped me find the motivation and the will to seek help. So I did. I feel human again and I WANT to get out of bed every day. I WANT to maintain self care. I WANT to socialize again. This application is incredibly easy to use and I don’t hold a shadow of a doubt that it will save lives. It quickly changed from a crutch to a gateway to self improvement. I highly urge you to try this out. The developers have my innumerable thanks for everything that they’ve done. I will absolutely be a lifetime member and will always recommend it. I don’t leave reviews, but I strongly felt that people should know what it’s done for me. Please seek help if you need it. You matter and I’m proud of you 💖

Wish there was a bit more

Update: They just added a daily Tarot card and I am “over the moon” for it! Thank you! Previous review:I just purchased the onetime payment to the app and it’s lovely. I love the aesthetic, the knowledge and wisdom. I just wish there was a tarot spread you could get. I was hoping that would be included because it was listed but it just gives info about Tarot itself. Not the actual cards or even a spread. Several things listed are just basic knowledge you can find with a simple google check. I wish it were a bit more interactive. I really like the daily Rune. That’s so cool! And the meditation selection and music is very extensive. It would just be nice to check in daily and get a tarot spread too. A bit bummed about that. The ritual section however is pretty awesome. I’m happy with my one time purchase, but I’d love to get a daily tarot reading, numerology reading, etc. Just Sayin’.

Latest Update Is Fantastic!

I have been using the Moonly app daily for the better part of the past year. Mainly, it is my go-to for my daily rune draw and daily affirmations, which I copy into my journal, and sometimes take a screenshot of to use as a wallpaper on my phone when it resonates deeply.When I find the time I take part in the suggested meditations. Today, I did the 14 minute Loving Kindness meditation and it was wonderful. I decided to see what was new and found the developers have added *more* meditations, the music of meditative instruments, and nature sounds (I adore the Cat Purr and the Forest scapes!). I also did the 5 minute Planet Awakening meditation, a good follow-up to the Loving Kindness one. The illustrations used throughout the sections of the app are beautiful and encouraging/uplifting. Though the app uses Vedic/sidereal astrology, which might cause some confusion among western astrological adherents, I appreciate that it often helps clarify and/or expand upon my personal readings (and it’s encouraged me to learn more about it :) ). UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW

I am updating my review today, 15 Feb 2023…I received a reply to my review from the developer. The suggestion was to reinstall the app, as this glitch has been happening a lot with paid subscribers. It looks like the reinstall worked!Many thanks to Moonly’s app developers for trying to address all these concerns as best they can. It is appreciated. Moonly is a lovely app and I appreciate its content. However, I upgraded to the Moonly Plus lifetime full access, but cannot restore the original purchase of said access. I keep getting the prompt to upgrade to Moonly Plus. I’ve even selected that, and gone through the prompts to confirm purchase…only to get the pop up messages that it was already purchased, would I like to restore the purchase. Ok. I select that option. I then get another pop up saying it was restored. NO IT WASNT. And trying to get customer service support is tricky. Via the app, I can’t find a way to send a message. The website prompts me to download the app…this is messy.

Tarot update

First things first: Amazing app, as always!!Really like that Tarot was added to the app! Though I have a few suggestions: I think that each card needs to have keywords that relate to the meaning of the cards. This way it will allow us to be able to create a meaning based on the keywords associated with it and therefore we will be able to personalize our card readings more accurately. Also, I love the card designs, but I think for those that are starting out it would be more useful to have the more traditional looking images. That way it will allow the reader to associate the imagery and its symbols with the card and it’s meanings and therefore allow for a better understanding of the cards.Lastly, definitely suggest you guys add different spreads like the two card, three card, Celtic cross, etc. It would be incredible to be able to also keep track of the readings that were done so maybe adding an option to also “save” the reading and be able to take notes to write down the interpretation of the reading as well.Overall I love that the Tarot was added, but I think these few suggestions would really allow the user to truly understand the cards more well.The app “Labyrinthos” can be a GREAT source for inspiration as to what I am suggesting! P.S.: Where can I email for suggestions? I love the app and I have a few ideas that I think you guys would love! ❤️

Amazing app but a few issue's

Ok so I got this app a few days ago and IT IS AMAZING! it's what I need. I love the sounds and meditation things, runes, and so much more but I'm kind of disappointed that the moon calendar is premium because that was the one thing that I really wanted to use. And there are only a few runes that aren't premium... Honestly I love it. I'm so excited to wake up and it gets me happy and calm and it isn't a rip off like some of the others. I don't want t be rude or mean I just feel like you could mak some things less premium like maybe only have a few premium sounds because I lov th meditation sounds but there is only like 6 thing that aren't premium. But I'm ok if you don't but please make the moon calendar not premium or as you call it moon plus. I'm sorry if this is a little harsh but I feel like everything is premium! So pls make some of the runes, and sounds Non-premium idc if you only make like a few un premium but pls make the moon calendar Non-premium! :) TY

Thought it tracked cycle, why not?

The Instagram ad that turned me on to this app was referencing when we bleed in relation to the moon. I’m not too pleased with the app that currently tracks my cycle and was stoked to find something that shed light as to how I align with the lunar cycle and offered wellness insights / affirmations. The graphics on this app are gorgeous. Illustrations, fonts, and colors are selected really well. It seems intuitive enough, but after signing up for free trial I don’t think I want to pay for this just to get a daily affirmation. I hope that you are able to integrate a personal tracking feature into the monthly calendar, would be even cooler to collect birth chart info so there’s some personalization to the astrology offered, but for now I’ll keep using my Chani app for wellness /Astro / meditation. One other bit of feedback, app takes a minute to load, animating some element of the launch screen would be nice so it doesn’t just look frozen.
