Used to be great, what happened?

I’ve had this app for going on three years. It’s been great! Easy to use, not bothered by ads and trackers, fairly inexpensive, good security. But then, a routine update/bug fix changed things. For the past few three weeks it has stopped blocking ads and tracking software. I still have no complaints about the security of the VPN but I really miss the blocking of the ads and trackers. I hope they fix it or I’ll be going elsewhere.

It’s Back!

I’ve had this app for a couple years (or so) and have been sooo happy with the ad and tracker blocking. Then - dun dun dun dun - it QUIT WORKING a few weeks ago. 😣 Cancelled the subscription with a heavy heart and sent 3 messages to the support folks and suffered with intrusive ads waiting for cancellation to take effect so I could try another app. Well, hallelujah, got responses to my messages yesterday, updated the app and it WORKS again. Thanks, guys! (Now how do I cancel my cancellation?)

Something they don’t tell you: FREE TRIAL ONLY LASTS THREE DAYS

No where does it say that though when you sign up. All it says is that you may cancel at anytime. Why can’t an app/company and/or person behind the app be transparent with the consumer and say it lasts three days? Instead of surprise charging everybody just to turn consumers angry, like myself. Yes, you must be profitable from surprise charging all these people but in order to remain profitable you must maintain that level and when it comes down to it people are not going to stick around for an app that has no substance. Even if this app was free it’s not worth it and does not do what it is intended to do. Watch out for this scam.

Ez as heck

Always on always watching. After I downloaded this app the problems with my phone started to disappear as he was catching all the tracking and all the malware that was trying to hit my phone and also blocked a lot of annoying advertisements. Very good app in my book

Awesome app

My phone got a virus from a website on safari. Apple suggested this app and it helped me get rid of it. I wasn’t sure if it was gone but when I went to apple they said that the virus had been cleared! It tracks wether a website is sending data and lets you know immediately and quickly blocks the data and secures my personal data.

It Works!

I’ve been working with 3 senior Apple advisors that couldn’t help- even after creating a new Apple ID!! This app was my last hope. So far no problems after 1 week. With the Apple fixes, my iPhone and iPad didn’t even last 24 hours. No pop-ups, no delays, no lost web pages since I got the app. Cost was made very clear as of the date I purchased it. When you have the problems I had, you don’t mind paying it!!! Will review again in a couple of months.

This app truly makes my phone work much better!

I don’t know what this app does have paid for for half a year now and anytime I get a new phone doesn’t work until I download this app. I mean it works but it doesn’t function properly. And the best part is it gets rid of all of the ads.

Not that great

I experienced this app 3 days before the trial was to end. All was going great until they charged for the app. My data started acting weird, I couldn’t go into some of my apps and my WiFi signal was lowered. I am sure it probably is doing what it states, but it is iffy. I am not sure if this is an effective app or on the same level of the sites you are trying to avoid. I deleted the app and reset my network settings and it is up and running again. Not worth my 8.99 I tell you that.

Please fix my problems, I can’t open reports, or send emails for contact support !!

I use this app a long time ago, It is one of the few real apps that notifies what you of all the real reports about what happens on your phone, a big congratulations for this to the creators, other apps showed me reports where nothing happened on my cell phone an iPhone x, come on we all know that they are lies , and you wasted money for a long time without seeing an erroneous report, when I installed this app it showed me what I knew and wanted to see: THE TRUTH, I recommend it 👍🏼 is 100 points, but now I take the opportunity to leave a claim, something happened and I can not Enter the reports, try to contact me with technical support and it doesn't work, I can't send you emails, please help to see what happens with all this!

App. Stops working by itself and tells me that my subscription is canceled when it is active

App only works part of the time. It just stops and informs me that I’m unprotected. I tap on fix it now and it tells me that my subscription is canceled when it is paid for and active until August 30, 2021. It will not work correctly. Do you have a way to fix this?
