A good start
Let me just get this out straight away: The wheel spins are not at ALL random, and I have literally gotten the same result 7 times in a row; it’s annoyingly painful to watch. Perhaps simply make it start in a different position each time or SOMETHING. I know it can’t be EPIC or LEGENDARYs EVERY time, but damn…get an RNG in there or something!! (Just did one more as of this writing and it’s 8 times now.)The gameplay loop is OK, but is in need of some variation to stop it from being repetitive. So far the only difference in levels is some coloration and slight terrain features. Perhaps there is eventually more than shooting slimes, but not sure if I’ll make it to finding out.All that said, it has the underpinnings of a solid game that could be fun and multi-faceted, but needs additional development.
Great start but needs more
This game is fun and challenging. The opponents can be tough to kill and very fast. Possibly too fast. The game can get repetitive once your a few hours in. Revives should be added to the store in the store area. I don't believe you should lose all of your inventory when you die. It can be a big commitment to starts a new level or a challenge level. Play for 15-20 mins and die at the end with nothing to show for it. Frustrating and will lose players over that. I have paid the $6 for no ads. Not sure if its worth it we will see. Pets need to do something. Some kind of perks.
Excellent WIP
I’m really loving this game’s entire aesthetic. The gameplay is simple and intuitive, but that doesn’t mask the underlying learning curve for long. The boys of like that comes with each piece of equipment/weaponry keeps things interesting, and challenge levels and boss drops are rewarding enough that I didn’t even delve into crafting til after the first few hours of play. The option to craft/upgrade vs selling loot offers the player choice in the complexity of the game. I’m excited for future narrative updates and to see where Kickstone takes the story

Just a small bug in the settings
When I try changing anything in the game menu settings like, video quality and zoom, I click save but it doesn't save. That's is all so far. And loving this game so far. Still just getting into it.Update: From 4 to 5 stars! So the save settings option saved in the games launch main menu. It works. I was trying to change and save the settings while in the game playing. That wasn't working. But the main title menu works.
Very very hard game
the game is impossibly hard for no reason at all. first, you get a gun, but it takes 3 shots to kill anything and misses a lot. monsters also do insane amounts of damage. you only get 2 lives and even then it forces you to watch an add for the 2nd life. you cant leave early if you get hurt or go back up a ladder at all which makes zero sense. so you are forced to fight 5 full floors on only 20 total hearts of life and most monsters will take at least a heart if not 2 or 3 before they die. and worst of all, if you die you lose everything you had in your bag. also there is no way to get upgrades without going deeper in the mine, but its so hard that you cant even get past the first few floors to do so. and lastly, to make money you have to sell ores which would be fine but they makes you sell them 1 at a time and take a 40% taxes so you get hardly anything for it. this game should be skipped until the devs hire somebody who knows game design because as it is right now, its so hard to the point of being almost impossible.
a promising game
i finished the tutorial and i like the concept of the game but it kicks me out every time i try to load the first level
Awesome.
i read where this is yaws first game developed and i just want to say yaw did a great job. The difficulty is up there but that’s what makes it fun imo. Games nowadays are to easy i like to grind weeks and months and be able to take my time and gain new items and upgrades and the devs did just that so congrats guys good job hopefully there’s plenty more content to come.
