I wasted ACTUAL MONEY on this app!!!!

I’d like to be contacted by support because I spent money to get rid of the ads AND bought gems, etc., only for the game to COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. For several days I was always getting a message saying I already had a box opening so I could never start a new one. As of a couple days ago I can’t even open the app! I put actual hard earned money (not to mention time) into this game and it seems it was for nothing!When I started having the issue with the phantom box that was supposedly opening I tried to log into game center or Facebook so I could save my progress, delete the game from my phone & download it again. However… the game does not even provide you with that option. I figured I’d wait and the next update would likely have a fix for the issue. Boy was I wrong.

Should be 5

So….I am totally addicted to this game…or I was. I have played and played and now it seems I’ve won the game. I guess once you complete all the areas you are rewarded with….not being able to play the game again until there is an update. This should be a 5 star review bc I love this game and haven’t played anything else since downloading it. But seriously, what am I supposed to do once all the areas are complete? It seems I have to delete the game and start over. Which will make me lose all the gems I’ve collected as well as start from the beginning on all my sources. But what doesn’t make sense is that there are clearly more sources to get bc there are items on the board I haven’t opened yet. What sense does this make??? So…2 stars. If the app developers will fix this issue I’ll be happy to change it to 5 stars!

Please get someone to proofread the English text

Two stars for the nice graphics, and the generators turn out enough items, BUT the ads are far too frequent to make game play enjoyable - so much so that watching an ad to unlock an item won’t be happening if I were keeping the game on my phone. The story text in English is also in serious need of proofreading. See if your local library can help you find a writing instructor if English is your native language, or find someone qualified to help smooth out the translation if not. I had this game on my phone less than 12 hours - most of that was overnight, so the game is gone after less than a half hour of play.

This game was great…..until it wasn’t.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Side games to pass the time, fairly easy to get gems without spending real money. Some of the orders took a little while to complete, but overall it was a daily play game. Then I reached a level that had a glitch and because of that it won’t complete the scene. I have run out of orders to fulfill to move on, and I cannot finish the scene. I have spent real money on this game and I’m frustrated that I cannot progress on. There is no update available that could potentially fix the glitch so now I have nothing to do. If this hadn’t happened I would have given 5 stars. I reached out to support via the help button in the game with no reply.

Would be five star…

I get pass all of the ads because they give you rewards for watching them. I can’t get pass them limiting the rewards you now get. I used to get more rewards in the shopping center for watching ads for items I didn’t have enough diamonds for now that option is pretty much gone. I would gladly give the game five stars if they added that option back in.

Glitching

Man I really LIKED this game. This is probably by far one of the best versions of these merge games but this game is so glitchy. If you get to a certain point in the game it completely shuts down and does reload. If deleted and reinstalled this game 3 times now and the same thing happens. The part that’s the worst is that you can’t save the game data so you have to start over each time. Please fix these glitches. I think you’ll have a better play rate if you do

Cute graphics.

The game itself is cute but this merge game doesn’t compare to the others I play. The amount of ad’s forced on you is annoying and the constant pop up’s to purchase from the game is also annoying. Typically I WILL spend money on my own time but having it shoved down my throat is off putting and I refuse to ever spend money on this specific game just for that. Graphics are nice and the decorating is fun!

Too many Ads and not enough space

This game is fun and pretty much like the other merge games. There are wayyyyy too many ads to watch to get items. You will spend half your time watching ads. Also, everything should be able to be trashed or sold. Many items just take up space on the board or storage. And there are too many webbed boxes to take up even more space.

Disappointed

I was enjoying this game up until recently. For the last week I haven’t been able to get past the initial start up screen to even attempt to play. Not to mention the forced pop up ads seemed to come more frequently. I don’t mind an ad one in a while but it felt like ads were popping up every 10 minutes or so. Sometimes even more frequently. I might just uninstall it and and not worry about playing it anymore

Disappointed

I have been playing and really enjoy the game but there is no way to save your progress. I had to delete it off my phone and when i put it back on, i have to start back at the First level. I was on level 9. The rewards was better for watching the ads but the ads are starting to be excessive.
