Horrible unless you’re doing basic math.

I am in calculus and have tried repeatedly to get answers to certain questions and expert after expert comes along and they all give the wrong answers. I’m giving up on this app at this point it’s useless. They take your coins and leave you with no answers, sometimes they take more than the task was worth. I’ve had to submit multiple reports. The experts can just block you from responding to them as they see fit, so if they give you an incorrect answer, but don’t want to deal with you, they just mark it as done and you can’t do anything about it. Great idea, horrible quality control. This app is garbage.

This app is so cool!

I don´t normally write reviews but this app is an exception. I´ve been using it for several months now and each time I turn to its experts with my math problem, I receive top-notch help! It’s so easy and fast and I know I can trust these guys - all of their answers were correct. If I don’t understand something in their solution, they give me the explanation I need. WELL DONE! Keep up the good work 💪🏻

Alright

The app is okay. The problem is not realizing that you have to pay for more coins in order to get more solutions. I had already paid for the premium subscription, which is already a little pricey since I’m a college student already. But, I thought it would have unlimited solutions, and you wouldn’t have to buy them. Should of had something that let us know that we would have to pay again for more solutions. Plus, I would receive some experts that said they weren’t able to solve that particular problem which is a little disappointing since I really am struggling.

This app is a scam and a fraud!

It took over an hour to have two questions answered and the even took an extra token to do it. They said any problem that has more than one step needs multiple tokens. Then I was forced to pay for premium just to get the question answered since it was more than 30 min to even have someone look at it. I had to resubmit the question for faster premium service and the same person took the new task and double billed me. I see that it automatically assigns him a 5 star rating and I can’t even talk to a supervisor about it. Can your kids wait an hour per question for their homework? I suggest anywhere but here. I regret I ever came here and I regret that I can’t leave 0 stars!

Cash grab

I got the app because my friends won’t help me nor my teachers. Now it didn’t specify anywhere that it did or didn’t do word problems. Now I sent the screenshot of the problem then 2 minutes later I got the the reply but when I clicked, it sent me to a subscription. I don’t have money, I don’t want to pay, just say it isn’t free instead of wasting my time getting me more frustrated with math. 0 stars wasn’t possible so I’ll settle for 1.Edit #1My problem wasn’t with the price it’s the marketing. Don’t market this as a free thing if I need to go through a pay wall to get the answers I need. Where is the step by step? It feels like AI hiding behind a human face. Honestly, I don’t wish to make a contact this shouldn’t be a issue in the first place still 0 stars but let’s settle for 1

Scam!

This app is a scam. They tried to charge me $74, but my bank rejected it because it appeared fraudulent. It was. I never signed up for an account. Also, when I tried to contact customer service, the representative said that I needed to take a survey in order to cancel my subscription (you know, the subscription that I never wanted). Ridiculous. Why do I need to take a survey to delete an account? Also, when I clicked on the survey, the website wouldn’t even let me take it anyway, which I believe is also part of the scam. And, finally, to make matters worse, I asked the app for an answer to a single Calculus problem, and the app got the problem wrong. This app is absolutely fraudulent.

Took my money

I wanted to try this out before I purchased it just to make sure that it really worked and explained how to work the problem. I only got to do two problems because it took a little longer than expected. Anyways the next morning I checked my account and they had withdrawn the money. So there is no three day trial apparently not even a 24 hour trial. I contacted them to ask for my money back, but now it won’t let me see the response and every time I try to send another message it fails. So apparently I just threw that money away. I am very disappointed.

They trying to scam you

I purchase 9.99 for 3 coins which it’s pretty expensive in first place. 2nd when you asked for step by step for a very detailed work; some workers only send you Photomath work which I didn’t ask for. Not explain by details they trying to find easy way to get your money. I could use photomath at my own time but I asked for professional to help and yet they aren’t professional since they needed photmath to help themselves. Also the support team is very rude too since they quoted “ I don’t understand, what is the reason for your conversion? You pay for answers to your questions, and how the expert will do it is his personal business) The most important thing is that the answers are correct!” I didn’t ask for the answer in the first place I asked for step by step detailed work. I don’t care about the answer I care about how you solve this equation by steps. If I pay $9.99 I don’t expect you to go in photmath and just send me answer. I expect you to help me understand how to solve this equation step by step. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. They just trying to scam your money! DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Speechless

This app is free to install but once you download it, they won’t even solve 1 math problem without asking you to pay. Anything you click it will ask you to pay? I thought it would be free, not only that but it also takes time to answer so I have to put in a picture wait for a long time just to not get the answer and have to pay? I am sorry but it is night now and I lost my time to work on something extremely important that my grades depend on because of this! I don’t recommend this unless you are willing to pay an absurd amount for a little math answer

Terrible

I am a junior in high school. I go to what is probably the worst high school in Clark County Nevada. I need help in learning how to solve one quadratic equation. My teacher either doesn’t have the time to provide office hours (ratio being 35/1) or most likely doesn’t know how to solve this problem. I find your app, I install it, download it but in order for one person to give me any clues on how to go about figuring out this problem, I have to pay $40. Did I mention that I am a high school student in one of the poorest neighborhoods at the worst school (academically speaking) in the state? Thanks for nothing.
