Glitches

I really love this game, for the most part. The sound effects of smashing crates, etc., are very satisfying, and the fact that there are no time limits on levels is great. I’m fine with watching adds to give me additional moves. I wish there were more strongholds to build, but that’s fine, too. What I have an issue with is the frequency with which the game freezes—usually when you click to watch an ad to double rewards or to add moves for Bingo. Those will sometimes reset if you just leave the game for a few hours. Twice now, though, I’ve had issues that won’t reset. The first time (I was around level 320), one of my castles needed repairs, but the selection to make the repairs wasn’t available. I deleted the game then reloaded it, which unfortunately meant I had to start from the beginning. Now I’m on level 387. The first room worked as expected. In the second room, however, the room itself appears, but none of the helms, bottles, etc., appear. The message that there are no more possible moves shows up, makes the sounds as if pieces are being reshuffled, but it’s still an empty room, with repeated messages that there are no more possible moves. I don’t want to delete this game and start over again, because I enjoy it so much. Please, please fix this! Without all the glitches, I would have given this game a 5-star rating for sure.

Match venture...

One of the castles will not let me repair one part of the castle. All others are fine. I'm on level 600. So it's down to red flag.... Don't know when it goes all the way down and it's not repaired if the game will stop running.... This is the third time i've restarted this game because of glitxhes.. Can you help?I really like this game and have been playing it for several years and really don't want to start all over again.

I love this game!

This is one one the best match 3 games out there. It is fun and entertaining without being stressful. You don’t have to spend o lot of money to have the helps you need to get through the levels. The side games you have to earn money and gems is also fun, I like them almost as much as the match 3 pluzzles. The only thing I ask is that you create a new game or more levels. I am all through and I am so addicted to this game that I keep playing even though I have no more castles to build. Some pop up every month or so but with them being so far apart I have so much money built up that I have the castle built in minutes so it is no challenge.. so I would love it if you had a new game out there.

Great Game/ 2 annoying features

Really enjoy building the castles; the graphics are gorgeous. The match three games are satisfying and challenging. I like that battles are optional. Micro transactions seem reasonable. I’m afraid I will end up scrapping the game eventually because of 2 things: the requirement to “repair” castles already built, and the inane requirement to “feed” and “care” for a ridiculous donkey 😖 Both of these things add to the cost of the game and they do so in ways that are needlessly distracting and frustrating. I fully support that a great game experience deserves adequate compensation. I object to having the forward momentum of the game interrupted by devices that add costs but provide only irritation and frustration. Surely there are other ways to structure the monetization of the game that are less annoying? I am sorry to have to downgrade my rating for these reasons and hope these drawbacks can be mitigated.

Love this game!

For those saying there are too many ads, just support the developer and buy the ad free upgrade in the shop. It is not expensive and one would generally pay much more than that playing a game with in-app purchases. What I love, there is quite a bit to keep one interested. Lots of mini-games and side quests. There does not seem to be a set number of “lives”. Best of all, there is really not a need to buy extra lives, coins and jewels in order to continue playing. The app is more like a game console game. Buy the ad free version and there is nothing to purchase again. I love that. The mini-games range from bingo, sudoku and more. The questing is fun and it’s just a lovely game that keeps my interest. Thank you

finally, something different

Credit to the developer for creating something unique. There are a hundred match 3 games on the app store that are nothing but clones of each other. I don't remember how I stumbled onto this game, but I'm glad I did. It is one of a kind. I'm OK with watching an occasional ad to gain extra gold, and it's possible via purchase of certain "packs" to turn off the ads between levels. Really enjoying this game so far.

Entertaining and low stress

I am really enjoying playing this game. Hadn’t played this kind of game before, and am pleasantly surprised. One thing I really appreciate is the ability to set your own pace, no clocks counting down the minutes and seconds, which always tends to make me tense up and goof up. One small thing needs to be fixed though; a couple of the ads (and I “watch” many ads) which are not game ads, but other types, like pages from a website, give you no way to get back to the game! You are forced to quit the game and hope your progress is saved. Arggghh! Please fix, and this old girl would be very happy!I’ve come back to say that I’m still enjoying this game very much, and play it quite a bit. But today, there are all kinds of problems with the ads cropping up. I click to watch an ad, and get a blank screen, nothing happening. I close it down, and lose the bump up in gold. This is happening over and over. I don’t mind the ads, but I do mind losing gold or other items. And the problem with the ads I mentioned in the first paragraph still is a problem. Please folks, fix this!

Repair glitch

First of all I am a 60 something yr old female and I love this game, have been playing for a year or longer. There is not many games on here that are worth playing. That being said I’m on level 572 and the 3rd section of castle will not let me repair it highlights but the repair option doesn’t show up. Now it has ! mark in flashing yellow triangle. What is going to happen? This needs to be fixed it is also happening to another castle the option is button is over half off screen it want be long till it will no longer be able to be repaired. Spent hard earned money for jewels so that game can be played…. PLEASE FIX….. Thank you. Pamma

Great match game

I really like this game. Unlike most, you don’t have to wait for things to stop falling, giving you the ability to move tiles mid drop. My issue is with being kicked off continuously at level 72 and have not seen any kind of update that may fix the problem. Other than that, I like the varied game types that the game has. I don’t want to reinstall and lose progress. I hope there is a solution.

Your game is fantastic but the ad makes me sick

Your Matchventures game is phenomenal, I play it just about every day. But lately there is an ad called Happy Match Café: ASMR, which is very unpleasant. When I said the ad makes me sick I’m not kidding. It actually upsets my stomach. I know you need the money to be able to run your business but that one is very rough to look at. I can’t play the game every day and worry an ad might come up at any minute that is going to make me feel sick. Could you give it some thought?
