Not so good for precision...

I’m sorry to say this, but the colors clash in the background, and when I completed it, it wouldn’t say anything like ‘You Finished!’, and such. One last thing, when I tried to connect the lines, it was slightly laggy and difficult to do with precision.

Crashes frequently and controls are bad

The app crashes frequently during use. Fortunately, progress is maintained so it’s easy to go back to the level. The controls don’t appear to support drawing a continuous line. Instead each segment must be drawn individually. After completing a level, you’re taken back to the start screen rather than to the level select. With some fixes, this could be a fun puzzle app but as is, the crashes make it a lot less fun.

Frustrating

All of the puzzles are the same difficulty, so the only challenging part is getting the unbelievably terrible controls to work. The app also crashes sometimes for no reason.

Description

Masyu is popular puzzle game in Japan. Masyu is played on a rectangular grid of squares, some of which contain circles; each circle is either "white" (empty) or "black" (filled). The goal is to draw a single continuous non-intersecting loop that properly passes through all circled cells.

The loop must "enter" each cell it passes through from the center of one of its four sides and "exit" from a different side; all turns are therefore 90 degrees. The two varieties of circle have differing requirements for how the loop must pass through them: White circles must be traveled straight through, but the loop must turn in the previous and/or next cell in its path; Black circles must be turned upon, but the loop must travel straight through the next and previous cells in its path.
