stable connection
I recommend this app
bad service with bad customer service
I have tried several other VPN and this one simply does not work. I purchased it because it says 30-day money back guarantees(they put it in a vey obvious position in the front page)so I thought I could try it anyway. However, that only works for the 360day plan which is inside the very long user agreement and you won’t find it unless you read every sentence of it. So it plays tricks on you. Their VPN connection might be good, as I found many positive reviews, but just doesn’t work for me. And I cannot get the money back though I did not get any service. They did provide engineer service to ask to to do many test for them. I just don’t want to waste time to do trouble shooting for the bad service. I suggest anyone who wants to buy the service just to be very cautious and prepared for the very bad customer service. I won’t touch this app forever.

It’s overall great but I would like them to fix the bugs and also have problem with cant use other sites in the US with vpn on.

The second year using this app, but less stable
Now the app is worse and worse than last year. Very unstable and need refresh always. I already regretted to pay it for another year.

Does not work
It does not work. Also the customer service is very inconsistent with a bad attitude. I submitted an issue and have not got an answer for almost a month. A month later when I check the status they told me I need to submit a new incident report like what I reported before never happened. Ridiculous...
