Easy to use recruitment software
Had a lot of expectations for this app because of its reputation but I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. It is a pretty app, and a lot of the functions are good. The messaging feature seems to be pretty buggy though and is unreadable on my phone. I also can¡¯t seem to reply to a thread, or it at least doesn¡¯t save any of my messages on my device so I have no idea if they get sent. Overall layout of the main page could be better to make all functions more easily accessible without having to search for sections of the app.
The work area is not detailed enough
I appreciate that each company that has a job listed on maimai is at least somewhat vetted. I'm a little more picky now and that helps me a lot!!

Great App!!! This app has almost everything you need when looking for a job. No excuses to not apply. They give you a lot of great info. I literally downloaded this app like 2 weeks ago and just had an interview this past weekend. I love it!!! It works. Lol.
Professional recruitment software
Everytime I get an email notification I click a link, it opens the app to my previously searched categories, and then nothing. It doesn't advance from there. I close out the app and try again and still nothing. I close out the app and open it independently of my email li k and still, no dice. It's done this for nearly 3 months now. Obviously I can search and find the job posting I was notified about but in a time sensitive world, opportunities can be missed because of this. I personally am not infuriated by this, but none the less, someone seriously looking for a job they need may find this frustrating. Otherwise the app is awesome, when it works. But that's like saying a business is awesome... when it's open.
Pulse recruitment
Consistently see the same job on every page of search even though not related to search ie: truck driver when searching for financial positions. Will list same 3 jobs on every single page - not all advertised. App will not allow search to go beyond 7-8 pages even though lists 100+ pages. Consistently gets stuck on on job and can¡¯t go back. Saved jobs will not always appear as saved. Decent for job search but has its quirks that make process more complicated.

"maimai makes it so easy to look for and apply to a vast variety of jobs. The application for employment, is made easy and it gave me the opportunity to apply for jobs, I never thought to apply to, when using other job search sites. It greatly improved my chances at become re-employed. And that¡¯s a wonderful feeling.

I can find jobs that I am interested in almost immediately which is 3/4 the battle. Very easy to use with links to the application process and easy upload of resume. Love it!
