Apple Pay support
Can we have Apple Pay support for M app please. I personally use Apple Pay more than other payment options. I like how easy to use Apple Pay and privacy features it offers. I would be true 5 stars for me if developers willing to add Apple Pay support.
Idiots
How are you people so stupid that you allow different locations to pick and choose when it’s ok to deliver to my address and when it isn’t?!?! Either my address is in the delivery range, or it isn’t! Dumb. AND there is no customer service chat through this app, and nobody is responding to my complaint submissions. Also dumb…
In China
Love using the app to order. Language is not a problem and the order so ready when I arrive.
English is back!
I have been using this app going way back to 2017. At some point in 2018 the APP updated and English was gone but it’s fine as the app was still intuitive to use and wasn’t a problem without it being in English. After an update today they brought back English support which is a nice thing to see! Thank you for adding in the English support.
Terrible experience
In store WiFi was a “hit and miss”, which makes ordering food quickly impossible. There is no clear menu for a la cart selection or at least it is unclear. Very hard to navigate and find exactly what I would like to order. “10,000” discount coupons popping up but difficult to apply. It took me over 20 minutes to order a breakfast. The English version is much more friendlier and straightforward.
Difficult to Change Language Settings
The app will clearly show that it is set to Chinese language, but will not allow me to change it to English. If I can’t even use the app in English, why wouldn’t I just order through Eleme or Meituan?
App should speed up in China
The app takes too long to pull down nearby restaurants in China! Also, make a way to save frequent restaurants for easy quick selection
