Perfectly functional

I'm updating my review to point out a few bugs, as well as one serious issue that should be adressed at some point. The only bug I've found is that the color code system is irreperably broken. Type a single sentance and there will be random colored letters all over the screen. It's not really a problem performance-wise, but still something that should be looked into. While there is support for exporting projects, as well as loading bitmap images, there is no way to import images via the ipad. There is no import button, no area in files to place them, and limited to no tools to make one yourself. The only way to import files is to use a custom pc file editor to place them in the app's directory. This is a huge blow for anyone intending to make games for it, since the bitmap system is the only reasonable solution for drawing images. Please add a way to import images within the app.

Good so far, but

I’m not a lua dev, so the example scripts were a big draw, but I can’t seem to figure out how to make a copy of an existing file. The plan was to copy an existing sample and use that to work within. I feel adding a duplicate button to the long press option would be easiest to implement and be the most intuitive.

Good but there’s just one thing

The app is flawless, works perfectly. But the thing is that there should be a documentation for whatever library this app uses. I’m a Lua/Ruby/ etc dev i know lua but I don’t what the apis and libraries used are, I think there should be a documentation for the libraries and apis so we know how to use them.
