Thank You Little League!!

Hey, does this mean I get to my phone on the field when I umpire?? ;-) Seriously, this is a tremendous resource. Thanks to LL for making this happen, and for offering it at such a low price.

Finally! ... And Fantastic!

The Little League Rulebook is so intimidating to read and understand. I am thrilled that Williamsport has decided to put the rules in an app. The bookmarking and videos are a great. All three books, one price, with rules updated automatically ... awesome!!! Thanks Little League.

Missing basic functionalities

A huge step in the right direction with the video descriptions. What a great way to combine the rule book with a live umpire who can explain the rule. Two essentials that are missing: 1. Must be able to create more than one bookmark per rule. Was only able to create one within each rule. For example, within Rule 6, there were a few bookmarks that I’d like to be able to create and return to but have to settle for only one. 2. Must be able to return back to the previous page after you follow a blue-highlighted link that references another rule. Instead, the back button returns you to the table of contents where you must then navigate to the spot where you were before. Lastly, the video functionality has been inconsistent. Sometimes the videos load, sometimes they don’t.

I downloaded and paid for the app and it hasn’t worked once. I have deleted it and reloaded it three different times but it still says there is a problem. I’m not sure what’s wrong! I have hard started my device still won’t work.

Needs better search function

When you do a search, it will show you a snipet if the rule you want. But when you select that rule you want the app will just take you to the beginning of the chapter. It should take you to the rule you want and ideally highlight the word you were looking for.

Doesn’t Work!

Nothing works in the app. I click any of the little league options and it just says “we’re sorry something went wrong. Please try again later”! I do a search and the screen just goes blank white. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. I want my money back.

Great promise but version 1.0.2 crashes

App support link doesn’t really take you to a support page so hoping developer reads reviews. When first downloading, clicking on one of the rulebooks opened to a white screen that never loads anything. Did a force quit and did a search - that allowed me to enter into a rulebooks and view it correctly so I know the content is available in the app. After opening the rulebooks via search, the app now instant crashes when I click on a rulebook on the home screen.

Update

Loved this app but with the new update things are not showing up. I can’t get anything to load at all.Thank you! The app is working amazingly. I have an iPhone 11 and had to reset my phone for other apps to work as well. Thank you for responding!

Okay, but prefer the rules in ebooks

The search function is practically worthless, searches all three rulebooks, but doesn’t take you to the actual rule... and if you need to see the next item, you basically need to start over.Also, moving between one chapter to another is cumbersome.Having the rules in an ebook was so much more useful. Please make the rules available in an ebook again.

Bring back the eBook

Have the 2019 e-book on computer, iPad, iPhone… All work great.Worse app to date. No computer support. No iPad support (Obviously you can run iPhone apps on an iPad at 1/4 the screen)The idea, and auto update feature, sounds like a good plan – unfortunately not executed really well.
