AMAZING SLOT BUT......

This is an awesome slot!!!! the designs and all the extra ways you can get money, the bonus extra spins BUT....when trying to get the extra points so you can level up and move on to the next slot on this Lighting Slot when you spin you do not get points for it and the only way to get points is if your spin lands on extra points. Also, on other slots I have played or dl the higher the bid the more points you get okay will Lighting slot only gives 1 point and that’s only IF your spin lands on the points k so I just won a challenge I had to spin 420 Xs to win I only got 8 points and it takes for ever to move to Joppa

Nice game

I would first like to thank you for the amount of credits you give back in this game. It will take you no time to be a billionaire. The only thing that disappoints me is the amount of time you have to invest to get to new levels. You have to max bet everything then still play several games to open a new slot machine. So basically if you don’t mind playing a few games over, and over, and over, and over again this isn’t bad for a slot game.

For the last two weeks, the game continues to lock, preventing me from. Today I tried to update with your offered update. Once again, it locks up not allowing me to continue. Best I’ve played.

I have installed and played tons of these games and all but one has since been removed. Some have cheap graphics, no or low payouts, functional problems or just a pathetic excuse for a high tech slot machine. THIS GAME HAS NINE OF THOSE PROBLEMS. It looks fantastic, plays well, pays beautifully and acts like a real machine at a casino. The only problem I’ve seen is it doesn’t always return after running a video.

Be patient and in time this game is fun

At first I was bored of this game . The ads I watched to build up credits were a bit annoying . But as I started to play and newer fun games were unlocked I actually enjoy it now. Lots of bonus rounds and huge pay outs. I’m glad I started to play. Once you get the better games unlocked you will start having fun. I’m starting to like it more n more. I have not had to spend any money yet but if the game play stays fun like this ill purchase and play for jackpots .

I-Phone and I-Pad lockup on Daily Bonus

I have 170 billion on my I-Pad and I had 111 billion on my phone, when I reloaded my cell phone I lost all my points. Why don’t you get back to people that are having problems? I would appreciate if someone could let me know how to unlock it without losing all my credits.

I've downloaded so many apps for the slots and ended up deleting all but two. Generous are you for not having to bid large sums of money to hit a bonus, free spins, or a jackpot. Thanks.If your game locks up and you lose money plus other rewards let the app developers know what happened to you and they will most certainly remedy the situation. You can also delete the app and go back to the App Store to download again. Believe me they always remember your name/email address so you will be luckier the second time around. Good luck. I think these developers are great and realize they need them to be honest and generous when it counts the most.

Was good in the beginning but the app is unstable and closes down or you loose bonuses on the multiplier. Not able to increase bet unless you achieve levels in multiples of 5. All games play on a similar format and have little variety! Very generous in the beginning with starting chips more so than others but there is no real challenge here. Not many levels and loosing interest quickly.

Major Issues

Worst support team and game ever!! I have been playing this game for months and months and last week when I clicked the app on my iPhone it would not open. I then updated the app.....it would still not open. I then deleted the app and then tried updating it again. This time it opened but all my points and gems that I had purchased were lost. I have emailed the support team twice over the last two weeks and have had no response, my points have not been put back, nor have my gems or the cost of the gems. don’t bother with the game when it works it works on it doesn’t it doesn’t and it takes forever to get the issues resolved. there are plenty of other games out there that do not have this ongoing issues.
