Does not work at all
Thinking about planning a visit and i thought the app would be helpful. Of course the app doesn't work for me either. I just downloaded it, tried to open it and it's like it's going to, it quickly comes up but just as quickly backs out. Can't even get into the app.
Terrible
App won’t even open and EVERY review says the same thing and it’s still not fixed. Legoland Discovey Center itself is pretty good but whoever is in charge of this app needs to be fired. They probably didn’t fix it bc they make more money off the $5 activity lanyard they sell. If this app was working there would be no need for it. Not to mention the WiFi at the Columbus location doesn’t work and there’s no service in there either. Even the employees laughed at me when I asked what’s up with the WiFi
App doesn’t open
Was looking forward to our trip for the first time & this app was advertised, figured why not? Once it was downloaded, you click on it to open it & it doesn’t! At first I thought it was a small glitch on my phone but I reset it and still nothing! Waste of time!
Don’t bother installing this, doesn’t work right
Looks like the developers have abandoned this app in which case, it needs to be yanked from the App Store. I used this app a few years ago and it was great when I went to Legoland in PA, but the app no longer works properly. A lot of the buttons don’t do anything and the map features don’t load.Using this on iOS 13.3.1, iPhone 11 Pro Max.
App doesn’t work
We were thinking about going to a LEGOland discovery center near us, but now I’m not so sure I should go. This app is heavily advertised on their website, yet the app itself won’t even open. I think this says a lot about legoland. If they don’t care about the app that they’ve put out and are heavily advertising on their website, then why would they care to put in an effort on location? Considering the cost of the tickets for our family of 5, this isn’t something that we are willing to risk. The zoo is cheaper. 😕
Missing location
I would like to see the Columbus, OH location added to the app. As for the reviews about the lack of Legoland Florida Park information, that should be moved to the Legoland Florida app. As this app pertains to only the Discovery Centers.
Abandoned App?
Legoland Discovery Center just opened up in the Bay Area CA and I wanted to get the app to get ready for our first trip there but…I don’t think anyone is working on this app or updating anything because the drop down menu doesn’t even list the new location. Was hoping it’d be like the Disney Parks app where I can store my ticket barcodes, look at the maps, etc…but I don’t think we’ll get to do that especially if they don’t even have the new location listed yet!
Regretting the visit already
I bought tickets and the website says to down load this app. Downloaded and doesn’t work.......Now I wonder if I just wasted money booked a hotel and buying entry tickets when this app that they talk about so much doesn’t even work 🙄
Junk
Just as the other reviews say, app doesn’t work. Heavily advertised on their site so it’s really disappointing. The Disney app is spot on in everything it does. This one won’t even open. Guess they’re giving up to the big player in family entertainment.
Where’s the rest?
This has the potential to be a great addition to the experience, but for AZ it’s definitely lacking. I clicked on the trivia and it froze. The map can’t be enlarged without becoming fuzzy. No details about any events for the year. Too bad :/
