Amazing

I played the original Skyfish game a few years ago. This one fixes every problem I had. While the last one never quite committed to the Zelda format, this one dives in head first.The graphics are beautiful hand-drawn animation. This time, they added a dash of 3D. It looks great. Music is also awesome. As far as gameplay, mechanics in the first game were excellent and nothing has really changed here. They also added a crafting system, a quest system, and an big open world!Check this one out. It’s a complete surprise and well worth a subscription in and of itself.

Not bad but.. not great

it’s a pretty easy game for someone who’s used to a challenge. once I got the hang of the controls I haven’t had a problem really. and there’s a lot of things about this game that are just kind of a nuisance, like the hooked things that close for a minute without any real reason to hold me up. the combat is pretty fun but again once I got the hang of it there’s not a lot of surprises. I’m sure people who don’t find it as easy find it much more entertaining.Also I like a puzzle or two in an adventure game and there aren’t any puzzles. Just go here then go here. And there’s hardly ever more than one clear path to take.

After spending days trying to defeat the boss,...

I finally put it on easy mode, but now can’t change it back to normal.Tried using a controller, but it needs to be able to customize the control buttons. Like use shoulder button for roll. The hook mechanism is also worse on a controller as requires an aim and then button press. Instead of aim and release.

Beautiful but some bugs?...

This game is beautiful! I have been playing it for 2 days now and I am pretty far into it. Now what I found that seems to be a bug when I went looking for 1/4 brother I reached one of the circles where u spawn and after that, going onto the next screen where the game explains some stuff about the map, how to track quests etc... after that my game froze, I couldnt move or open the settings or anything. I restarted the game and I went all the way back to the very beggining losing all my progress. After this I didn’t find any other problems until I reached another part of a different quest (where you get the second map area, the second tab). When I clicked to go back to camp my first map tab disappeared and I couldnt travel back to the camp. Restarted the game and I was spawn all the way to the last spawn area losing my progress again. After that the map tabs appeared and as of right now everything seems to be in order. Sorry If I am not explaining myself well, if any questions contact me on discord. Flip#1480Amazing game! Marvelous game

I wasn’t expecting much when I installed this game. I have completed 60% of the game now and love it. The graphics are amazing. The storyline is intriguing for such a game. It has that Zelda feel to it which I love. I gave it four stars for only one reason. Several times when I go to check my quest or map, the game would freeze. This would result in me having to close the game all the way out and restart it. The saving grace in this is that save points are frequent so I never lost too much time I spent in the game. Everything else has been amazing and I have fully enjoyed playing it. I even got my son playing! The game has three saves so it works great for my son to have his own save! Great job game programmers, you did great with this one. I’ll be watching for another one.

Excellent game

First off, very polished game. I had not played the previous Skyfish titles, but now I want to. This was an excellent game. I am pretty good at this type of game, so I opted to start at hard difficulty, and some parts (especially the last 2 bosses) took me numerous attempts.Controls on iPhone were perfect.2 suggestions/ shortcomings that I wish I saw in this game. 1) since this is kind of a puzzle adventure game, have a maze leading to the final boss battle that tests all skills and items encountered in the game up to that point. I felt the 2 special lures were underutilized, and and area like that could help make use of them. 2) after finishing the game, maybe have additional items available in the stores that are even more powerful, to make it fun smashing enemies around the map as a reward.Well worth the Apple Arcade subscription

This game really is amazing.

Everything a Zelda fan could ask for out of an ios game. I think most gamers would love this title, even those who haven’t played any Zelda. (what’s wrong with you?) You don’t need to play the first one to play this one. I didn’t. The difficulty is nice. Fairly easy(ish), but some puzzles and bosses I had to play a few times. Which makes it a fun challenge sometimes. Beautiful graphics and smooth controls. *MY ONLY NITPICK*: I don’t like the way the text boxes and font look. They’re readable. They’re just plain. They just don’t fit this beautiful game. I’d like to see that changed in Skyfish 3 :) But that’s all I got. Amazing game 9.5/10

Solid but not amazing

It’s a solid action adventure game. The combat is simple but fun, the environments look nice, and there’s no major issues when playing it. While there’s nothing wrong with the game, it’s not especially memorable. The story is simple, the combat is very easy, and there’s not much to explore. It’s a very linear game without much challenge. And, even though it looks similar to the Zelda series from Nintendo, there aren’t really any puzzles to solve here. It’s most a straightforward top-down action game. It’s enjoyable, but not particularly memorable.

This game is really great

I really enjoyed this game especially when I use me MiFi controller with it. I really do like the story like as well as the graphics. The only issue with it is when you change the difficulty setting from hard to medium it is impossible to change it back. It would be nice if there was a warning that changing this setting would not allow you to change back.

A fun and entertaining game.

Overall a great game that deserves to be in the Arcade. A couple suggestions to enhance the experience: First, if you decide to change difficulty from say hard to medium, you need to warn the player first that they can’t change it back. The only message I received was that the game would need to reload from last save. Second, don’t just throw away side quests without letting the player know first. I completed what the desert hermit wanted me to do, but on the way back to finding I unlocked a door. That caused the side quest to end and I could not get my reward. Would have been nice to keep the side quest or at least prompt with a choice. Enjoyed the game and can’t wait for more !
