Easy to use and informative app, but seems a bit sketchy with the many glaring spelling errors.

WASTE OF TIME

I had to literally watch 20 ads as I clicked on the ingredients for the shopping list. Every four ingredients picked gets u an ad. Then when you get to to the recipes, you must pay for a subscription. This app is a ridiculous waste of time!!!

Too many ads

App is great as you’re going along adding to your list and then you’re interrupted by a loud commercial (depending on the level where your column is. Mine was less than half and the ad was blaring.) Trying to find a way to avoid. Still searching.

Not helpful and hidden charges

Really disappointing. You think you’ll get lists and recipes but you don’t. And another Ad keeps popping up trying to get you to subscribe the the place that ACTUALLY has recipes (Kelly’s or Katie’s site or something like that). Then they don’t tell you the cost for the original app and it’s set up for repeated and auto renewals.

Lousy

The food list is incomplete as it does not contain many Keto ingredients such as almond flour. Too many full page ads which pop up and cover the entire screen after every few screen taps. Very annoying! And there are too many misspelled words. It’s like a 9-year old wrote this app.

Pointless

I try to keep apps on my phone that serve a purpose. This one doesn’t do much. Yea, I can click on items to add to my shopping list but I have a notes section in my phone that can make a list too! Is it cool that I can shake my phone to delete a list, sure! But it’s still not helpful to me in the grand scheme of things. Also, I thought since it had a section titled “Ideas” I’d be able to click on things for recipes and stuff. Nope! You can choose a meal under breakfast/lunch/dinner/etc, but it only lists ingredients you need to add to the shopping list it doesn’t actually give any instructions on the meal itself. I don’t think the concept was fully realized on this app before it went live!

Disappointment. Not helpful.

What’s the point in spending time to putting in my likes of it’s just going to suggest recipes that I’m either allergic to or use items I don’t like. Waste of time. I was so excited when I first found the app... huge disappointment.

Start of a good app

I saw the pictures on the App Store and thought it looked cool. There are some nice pictures of different meal suggestions, but when you click on them, it’s a list of ingredients but NO measurements! These aren’t recipes, but everything you’d need is listed...I don’t see the point. Just show the stupid recipe. Otherwise, it doesn’t make sense to list random ingredients! This seems completely idiotic to me. As for giving you a colorful, easy list of (mostly) keto ingredients, this is a nice start. Also, adding ingredients from the ‘not recipes’ is really easy. Not that you’ll know what to do with them... Also, if the idea is to start understanding what works in a keto diet and what doesn’t, then the list should include a quick reference for the nutritional values of each item (at least the macros: fat, carbs, protein, in a standard cup or pound, ideally both).It makes a pretty list. I have cooking apps that will do that. It doesn’t give me keto macros, nor does it give me recipes for the suggestions, which is what I really need. Unless it does something that I haven’t found, this app is a failure on all fronts.
