Disappointed

I purchased this game 2 years ago in order to play without ads & played it a lot. Stopped playing for awhile this year only to find that I now have to spend more money to continue playing without ads. I can understand changing the cost for new subscribers but once you’ve purchased something you shouldn’t have to pay again. Makes me leery of purchasing anything in the future. ☹️

Money making scam!

I purchased this game (for $9.99) about 5 yrs. ago. I’ve finished it and re-started the game several times without a problem. Once I got to level 14 it would allow me to restore purchase and I would continue to play without a problem. Now with the new update it’s not allowing me to continue playing unless I subscribe and commit to $9.99 a month! Are you out of your minds? I’VE ALREADY PURCHASED THE GAME! I don’t need nor do I want a subscription of $9.99 to play! The game is good and challenging yes, but I should not have to be forced to pay more money and accept a monthly subscription! I’m not getting the option to restore purchase unless I accept the trial or $9.99 a month subscription! Can one of the developers look into this?

All Access Games advertisement

I absolutely love this game. It’s an addiction. But this morning when I went to play my game, that I love so much, there was an addition, an advertisement for all access games. They want me to sign up for $10 monthly payment. And all of a sudden I can’t play my game that I paid for. All I can get is this ad on the screen

Developers lie.

They “apologize” for update that forces one to pay a second time and claim player can once again have full access without paying a second time - but then don’t give you a way to do so. Very unethical. And a bullying tactic.

All is forgiven

Today I got an email from iWin with a sure fix for the crashing app and the restore my purchase problems. I didn’t expect this—it’s been a while since I gave up. I am glad they didn’t and figured out a fix for one of my favorite games. Bravo, iWin!

This game is wanting another $9.99

When went to my game Jewel Quest Seven Seas a page is up blocking me to play. I have already paid $9.99 for this game & I am on level 88. I can not get back on to play. IWell since November I have been trying to get my money back because I couldn’t Play the game. It locked me out. They sent me an email to tell me how to get my game back but trying it did not work. I think the I win company are nothing but thieves & apparently They don’t have people working for them that know what their doing. I will not even give them I star.Game 103 expert level the wheels don’t change when you get them. They go from 5 to 4 & back to 5. Then sometime it says 0 but you don’t win even when you have gotten all the gold blocks.

Love the game, BUT.......

Fun game, love the challenges. Would rather purchase than deal with “in-app” purchase offers. I had completed up through about #104 when the game locked up and my choice was to pay $9.99 per month and get access to several games, or delete the game. I’m picky and don’t want access to a whole bunch of games. I’d rather pay up front which is what I have done in the past 20 years. Not all games are fun. Some are awkward and poorly done.

I love this game

It is so challenging, I can’t put it down, I got all the way to the,last game to play, my iPad crashed, have to start over. I have paid for this game when it first came out. All of a sudden after years, they want me to pay again, I even rejoined accidentally and I still could not play. I had to remove from my account and redownload it. ThT took me back to the beginning. Very frustrating, but I’m addicted.

There is a different way to play every game and every level is a different game, so the variety of game playing is endless. You play the same game over and over until you win. This is my favorite game . It never gets boring. I promise you that you will love it!

Stopped crashing, but now there’s a problem restoring my purchase

Update: The game has stopped crashing, but I had deleted and reinstalled it, and now I can’t restore my purchase. It’s looking like the only way to use the app is through a subscription, but there is still a paid option. I already paid $9.99 for this app - it shouldn’t be a mystery as to how to get it back. I sent an email… hopefully there’s a fix for this._____________After avoiding updating this app because of all the recent problems, I accidentally hit “update all” on my apps and now it crashes instantly. It was working perfectly with the latest OS until I updated it. It’s been years since I bought the app, but it’s not unreasonable to think it ought to still work (without having to buy a subscription!) ______________________ Previous review... So far, I really like this one… I've loved the Jewel Quest games for years, but I thought I was through with them after the last version. I refuse to pay for extra moves and boosts just to keep playing. I don't mind paying once to have the whole game. I'm cheap, but this price seems like a bargain to not have to deal with lives running out or nag screens to waste your money on temporary boosts.
