Never works

I love this game it’s my very favorite and I play it too much, but what makes me mad is if you’re stuck it will say….” If stick watch a video to move on”! So you watch video after video after video and it sometimes refuses to take you to the next level! That ticks me off!But it’s absolutely the most fun game! Ugggggggh!

Come on guys

Love the game but the ads are beyond ridiculous. They say you only have to watch one ad to get your 100 free coins but now they slip 2 in while still only saying you have to watch one. It has to be some sort of glitch but I’m this close to saying I’ve had enough!!

Game freezes

I enjoy playing this game. It keeps my mind active and working. But just when it reaches a certain level, it freezes and I can’t reload it. My only option is to delete the app and then start over, but by doing that I lose my progress and I’m at square one. That gets frustrating.

Good game, mostly fun

It’s enjoyable to the point where I get lost in it and time goes by so quickly. I wish there was a way to turn off the music. It does get annoying after a few minutes of it.

Best Game Ever

I play both of these games. They are so much fun & the ads aren’t long at all. Whoever developed this game is a Genius. I play it day & night. Sometimes when I’ve reached the end of the game I will delete it, reinstall it & start again. It’s that much fun. Way better then CC. That games makes me frustrated. Thanks for making this wonderful game.

Reward not granted

Rewards not granted after watching a commercial. Over and over. Certain commercials never grant a reward. And whats the use of coins? You cant do anything with them. Once you play this for awhile, the levels get stupider and stupider. No room to move anything, some levels they have to shuffle, re shuffle and re shuffle the pieces again and again because you cant make any moves. And in later levels they dont ever give you near enough moves, forcing you to watch yet another commercial to finish the level but then the move rewards are not granted again. Fix the rewards problem at least or let me spend the thousand of useless coins I have on something useful

I like this game. Unique! Pls not to be so difficult. Main thing is playing for a long time and enjoy instead of stress and delete. I would like to play long time💕

Good but...

How do you get boosters? I just downloaded and am on lvl 36 (super easy ... so far. 😋). But when do you start earning the booster/tools?Ok update... I finally figured out how to get the boosters. But more importantly... V2R apparently has a new game, Jewel Steam World. Please stop playing that ad. I don't care how many other ads you run but that one, on all the games I play, won't let you out of it and you lose the reward you're after and you ALWAYS have to exit the app and restart. That company has a very bad habit of crashing.Ok... I stepped away for an hour and now trying to play this game but that annoying stupid ad for V2R game has plagued this app. It has cost me hundreds in coins, boosters and 10% of my battery. Please remove that ad. I can't play your game with that ad. It won't let me. I will change the stars to 5 once you remove that crap.Update: clearly you don't care and now not only do I have to exit the app to get past that stupid V2R game but now I launch an ad for the reward and it doesn't deliver. So again I have to exit and relaunch. Not worth it so I'm removing another star and deleting the app. 😤

Great Game

I have been playing this game for quite a while and enjoy it very much. The only exception is wasting time spinning the wheel. Half of the wheel are coin slots and half the wheel are nice tokens. I counted and on 12 spins I landed on worthless coin slots every time. They don't even try to disguise the fact that the wheel is fixed to yield practically nothing of value!
