Needs a lot of work

One of the worse mobile finance apps I’ve ever used. With all that Jeff takes in from the $2000 subscription, you’d think that the app would have hit it is out of the park. Big issues include, constant logging itself out which forces you to always log back in. If that wasn’t bad enough, it does not support Touch ID. Also, missing many common navigation and browser functions. Icing on the cake is lousy customer support. Called multiple times but was put on hold indefinitely. Stand clear.....

Increasing text size

The app would be more useful to readers with lower vision if the pinch motion could be used to expand the size of text and graphics. Failing that, providing parameters in settings for the size and/or weight of fonts would be a big help. Or provide a link in each document to an HTML version. Browsers can already handle the zooming of text and images.

Part of my daily routine

I’m not as tech savvy as some reviewers here, and I don’t have specific criticisms about app performance or features but I use this app every day the market is open. I love getting the morning updates and it is an essential tool if you are a subscriber to Jeff Clark’s services.

This app is great

I can 100% rely on this app to give update notifications on time while on the go - I couldn’t ask for anything more - I believe the other reviews are nit picky - this app is free and does exactly what it’s supposed to - having this app makes the subscription service with JCT that much more beneficial - seriously the potential for profit is up to you - anyone who isn’t doing well with JCT - can only be from reasons of their own

Badly needs attention

I agree that Touch ID login is important, but at least the auto fill feature works... What bothers me more is the layout of and info available in the portfolio section. Suggestions: 1) reflect close-out instructions in the closed trades section (making the portfolio a quick summary of activity) 2) include results in the closed trades section (making it a kind of track record, useful for comparing different trades on the same underlying over time, as well as different underlyings at the same time) 3) place new trades at the top (so scrolling down past old and closed trades isn’t necessary to get to newest trades) 4) have separate portfolio sections, or discrete portfolios for different services 5) hyperlinks to different sections within the portfolios (to easily access “speculative put options,” for example). Make this app as good as JC’s service. Also, we need a way to return to the Home Screen from any recommendation or commentary screen, instead of backing out through our whole trail. The app often presents a blank screen, which isn’t fix by closing and restarting.

Home button. Selecting text and images.

One of the most needed app updates (out of several) is having a home button on the page of any alert/update we’re looking at so it takes you directly to the Home/Publications screen. We shouldn’t have to tap back through all the updates we may have opened via our push notifications in order to reach the home screen, or to have to close and reopen the app. Simple feature. Also, please give users the ability to select/highlight text and copy, for those who want to copy information to their notes. The ability to tap on an image (e.g, of a chart) in an update to zoom in on it would be greatly appreciated.

Small quibbles

As a new user of this app, I think navigation could be made more intuitive by moving the Publications and Portfolio or other applicable links from the bottom of the page to the top title area. I overlooked the links in their current locations and at first thought the app was rather limited until I noticed them. Also, regarding content, I could not locate the training materials and videos that are available on the website, even though other users mention app video issues in their reviews. Finally, in the portfolio, I noticed a difference in formatting of Open and Recent price information between our current GDX, M and TUP positions. I would prefer that all trades be formatted alike, for I was initially surprised by the price for GDX until I realized that it was an Open, rather than a Recent price as with M and TUP. Otherwise, the app adds a useful way to access some of content Jeff has to offer.

Great Info but horrible App Login

No "Touch ID"? We need instant access for options trading, not constantly entering login credentials. All of my other financial accounts have Touch ID or remembered user name and password. Tip: download the app to provide notifications, then access Jeff Clark Delta from Safari for instant access. I avoid using the app directly, for me it is only a sentinel!UPDATE Oct 2017: writing them to comment, complain, suggest ideas — falls on deaf ears. Probably the worst financial app but delivering vital updates from Jeff.

Improvement Necessary

There are positives about the app such as delivering notifications, updates and recommendations smoothly and concisely. The downsides drag the experience into the “Poor” range. These are: no landscape mode; video begins then stops abruptly, requiring multiple touches on the play button to get through it; the offering of a tool for this high-level, high-dollar service that is substandard with apparent lack of attention to improving the app; customer service is poor; the service and the developer are seemingly unresponsive or very slow to act on the feedback offered.

Love this app

It may seem hard to understand the language at times for new traders but if they watch the training videos on the main site, they can understand much better. This app is a great time saver. And the information is not just helpful in choosing trades for you. It is helping me learn how to watch the market a different way. I can’t imagine ever trying to benefit from the market without your program. I’m not a fan of the ads of most traders but you were easy to understand. It makes sense to look at the market realizing you may win some and lose some so just try to win more than you lose. And don’t give up if you lose focus on the wins you will be negative all the time. I love your training! This app makes me feel like you are right there to guide me everyday. I wish I had the money now to join more programs but I am joining the full program as soon as I can. Thanks so much
