Tried and True

Out of the many games and many years there has been one game I have never deleted and later reinstalled. Jackpot Party is it Sure you do no win all the time, thank God, as that just gets boring but they seem to have the timing down on how much of a loser a person can stand to be vs how much a person needs to feel like “The Big Winner”periodically. I have played for a few years and have tried many others and have yet to find one to compare. I have gone a week or two with minimum bets and can’t win a party prize to save my life to being able to bet 10 million plus for a couple days. Yes I said it, Days, followed of course by slowly losing it all (sometimes fast, but never yet on the double black diamond slope so many others use to send you back to the bank) back to minimum bet build up praying it won’t be a long dry spell. But, hey, That’s called GAMBLING. So Jackpot Party is not predictable, but it is/has been very reliable and that is what sets it apart from all the others. My #1

Recent Update

UPDATE: Apple refunded my money so they agreed that this was fraudulent. So if you purchased coins and feel ripped off, complain to Apple because you won’t get anywhere with this greedy developerI received an answer from your tech desk about the problem below. Apparently you had the “up to” 138.4 billion coins in the prestige chest incorrectly displayed for over 3 weeks until you did an update 6 days ago, then it changed down to 1.34 billion. This meant people like me were fraudulently lured into purchasing the new honey pass with a false sense of possibly winning a lot of coins after completing the various challenges. You should give people their money back or give them the coins. If not, at a minimum, you need to get reported to the app stores that allow you to commit such crimes. Hopefully you will post this…doing a screen shot just in case! ************** Thought this would different. Bought the honey pass and made it all the way to the PRESTIGE CHEST! Played lots of games I didn’t like just to earn the diamonds, but I made it. I was excited with the possibility of winning up to 138.4 billion coins! I never had 100 billion on this game, but it seemed hopeful. What did I get? 1.34 billion. Are you freaking kidding me? You made it possible if I get 1000 more diamonds to open a second PRESTIGE CHEST, but I won’t even try. When my coins are gone, so am I. Shame on you and your greed.

Good App But Not Greatee

3 1/2 actually. Last week I would have given a 4 at least, but I’ve been on downward spiral and nothing seems to work to break it. I feel like they are trying to force me into buying coins. I don’t like someone trying to force me into anything! If I buy (which Seldom I admit), it’s because I want to..:..not because I’m forced.Down from a 5 to a 3 to a 1 in about 5 months, that’s quite a feat. I was really enjoying the game, but I figured it was going to be trouble later, because at first I could barely loss. Now if they had a section to buy a win, I still couldn’t win! I haven’t bothered to buy coins, I’m disabled and on a very fixed income, so the amount I can afford to buy wouldn’t help. I’ve saved up more than that and it it gets drained away, if I bet big or small. And I’ve gone to FB for extra coins-had no luck there either. So I guess I’m not supposed to play. I’ll wait until tomorrow, then I’m deleting it if I don’t win my party present. So sorry this turned out to be another “honey moon” game. And it didn’t have to be. All those big wins we got at the beginning wasn’t necessary, if you had given us nice steady wins & losses over a longer length of of time, I probably would have been a customer for a long time. You have good games, nice graphics and I never had any trouble with the game play. Thanks for the memories, they leave a bitter taste in my mouth & mind

Money money money

Have been a member since 2012 I love this app but when you have to purchase packages because even doing a 2 or 3 million bet you lose 600 million don’t get one bonus and go 20 or 30 spins and hit 1 or 2 million tends to be a little frustrating. I have spent a fair amount on the packages almost 200 $ maybe little more in the past month and somehow it doesn’t seem random to me that I’m losing that quick even with betting 50,25,10 million. Even at lower bets still can’t hit nothing. In my opinion think I would have better odds going to a actual casino. Also in the past I have bought consecutive packages which would of given me over a billion coins charged me twice and only received it once. Figured wasn’t any sense trying to get my money back that it would be to much of a hassle. Really don’t want to delete this app because like I said I love the games and been on here for awhile but not everyone can afford to keep buying package after package to try to keep up with the lighting points so you don’t get demoted which makes no sense to me. I believe if you have put that much time and effort to get to that point that’s where you should stay but that my opinion. Well if some thing don’t give soon sorry I’m just going to have to delete this because can’t afford it I completely understand you guys have to make your money but it’s just plain out getting ridiculous. Game has been cheating the players for quite a while

I have been playing games on this app for years and enjoying it for years. All of a sudden after an update last year everything changed. I went from a high level to the beginners level in one week. The Cleopatra treasure chest changed for accomplishing certain goals set by the game and I started missing keys when I had finished the tasks which means no weekly bonus. Tonight they have erased all of my keys for this week and I got zero bonus dollars. What the heck? My husband was laughing at me because I had just had it and he checked his treasure chest and they all said what mine did that the keys were "Missing" and he didn't get his bonuses either. I just went back on the game and apparently you loaded an upgrade to the Platinum Chest in Cleo's Treasures that must have wiped out our completed tasks for the week. You need to fix it and pay us out for the $$$ we just lost out on. I took pictures on my phone of the errors tonight and would post them if I could just to prove my point.

Scam, Ripoff, and Scam, and Ripoff

I’ll start with good, this app has some of the best slots of all the slot games apps. If not for that, I’d give them negative stars if I could. The bad: 1) if you purchase tokens, it’s a 50/50 chance that you will get them. 2) algorithm seems to be set to where once you’ve reached a certain amount of tokens, instead of winning bets, you start losing your tokens fast. I lost 150B tokens in under 30 minutes, but before that, it took me days to get to that amount. 3) App is geared towards forcing players to buy their tokens and products in order to play all the upgraded slots, and to keep up with bonuses. The best slots make you bet a minimum of $1M-$50M, but depending on your level, if you want to win bonuses and rewards, you have to bet $100M-$500M in order to qualify for the bonus. If you win a bonus or reward on a $50M-$500M bet challenge, you could win $20M in tokens, or you could win $100M, but it’s never an amount that justifies competing in the challenge. 4) The tokens are insanely expensive and a waste of money buying. The $150B I lost in 30 minutes, if I were to buy them back, it’d cost me $250 in real money just to amuse myself with a fake slots game. I could go to the casino with that and actually win real money…. I could go on, but just stay away from this game. If you’re bored, go to Dubai; it’s cheaper!

Money money

Hi🤑, if you want to make money from the best casino, type this word - YDK765 in a Google search. I also been playing jackpot casino for years and over the years I feel my favorite game has lost its enjoyment. The higher I bet the less chance I get a good hit or free spins. I can literally see the set up . Never unicorns in the first column and when the free spin temps to hit it lands on 2 out of 3 several times with one hanging in the top row but no hit. I’m scared to purchase coins because of the malfunction of the free spins. It stops on ur own with out me pushing the stop button and the music changed it tunes over the years when you do hit to get a award. It’s awful. I send in tickets only to get the same response thanks for contacting us. It’s really a disappointment of the issues. Wonder how this occurred? I would have rated a five…. 5 years ago almost wanting to rate a 1 star because of the development issues also when you can spin a thousand times only to loss all your coins is humiliating. Spending money to just listen to the music I could have turned in the radio. Lol. So disappointing

This game was fun to play but impossible has become impossible to keep your money. The actual wins are few and far between where you actually win any money to sustain the goals they set to hit next levels in medallion points and timed bonus money. At one point I had well over a billion “dollars” and now I have only 10,000 “dollars”. I don’t even have enough to play. In a single 15 minute tournament, I didn’t hit a bonus a single time and went through $500,000,000 without a single significant win. You have to bet a lot to even qualify for tournaments. You have to bet a lot to stay within your “league” to keep your timed bonus at a higher level.Multiple times I have received less than my bet in a bonus game “win”. Much like Vegas, where I live, this game just takes your money. I don’t find it fun anymore. The whole point of playing casino slots is to get into the bonus games and actually win. So, why on earth, are they so stingy with the wins when there is no actual money involved?! I don’t go and throw away my real money in the real casinos and would rather have fun at home for free and now I can’t do that either.There is no point to realistic casino

Love the game

I’ve been playing the game for the past few years, and I’ve just run into my first technical issue with the game. When I go to collect a Party Prize, an error window pops up and says it’s not able to connect to the network. I’m connected to my personal WiFi in my home, all of my other apps are working just fine. I cleared my internet cache, deleted the game, reset my phone, downloaded the game, and it’s still not working right. Only reason I’m saying all of this in the review, is because I couldn’t find a way to get any support for the app. Yes, I’m aware of the App Support option under the “leave a review” or whatever, but there is no “contact us” area anywhere on the “support” site. So, if my WiFi is working just fine, and all of my other apps which require an internet connection are working just fine, then there has to be something wrong with the app/game. I’m also aware that the most recent update was a month ago, so, there might be brand new bugs to fix.

There needs to be an investigation on this app

I come back every now and again to read some of these reviews and there is an increasing amount of anger with each review with similar complaints that I had. Tight slots, ridiculously low winning percentage, no bonuses and the worse of them all coin purchases with shady results. It is certain the 4.5/5 rating is completely rigged with all the complaints about this app. There should definitely be an investigation on this app and the developers running it. For those who made multiple purchases and felt they were scammed should be reimbursed because they spent their money in good faith supporting this app and were hoping to have fun with the slots. It is a shame the developers of Jackpot Party have gotten away with deceiving their customers for this long. Hopefully an agency will look into this and hold these people accountable for everything they’ve done to their customers whether it’s the Better Business Bureau, legal team or law enforcement. The critical reviews of this slot app need to be taken seriously because it is abundantly clear there aren’t any intentions to resolve customer issues or improve this app. Hopefully there will be some justice for all those who were affected by this scam of a slot app in the near future.
