Does not work
I have iPhone 5s, paid their fee to unlock. Says it needs to be updated and unlocked. Tried every button, nothing works.
Horrible
The title appears as Algeria on the screen, not Italy. It only shows a limited number of cities, not the entire country..."should be titled "Cities of Italy." Omits many areas of interest such as Cinque Terra, Tuscany etc. Leaves a lot to be desired. Do NOT waste your money on this release!
Utter waste of time and money
Don't bother. I downloaded this to find maps incomplete and functionality spotty at best. I thought it was due to poor data connections so I paid for he offline map, to have my download disrupted - I was still billed for the download despite the app repeatedly insisting that I need to download it again. This is a cheaply made app. Unfortunately I got suckered into coughing up some money for bogus functionality additions. Don't fall into the same trap.

Missing Venice!
I agree with other reviewers. Please add Venice to the cities list and this app would be much better for those of us who will be traveling to Italy. I just downloaded the other day with this wish in mind. Also, the app icon does read Algeria for some reason?! Please work on these two main updates and this would be a much better solution for travelers as it is intended to be! Thanks.
No Venice?
Please add Venice, Pisa, Cinque Terre and Tuscany before we travel there on May 1st. Also, my app say "Algeria" instead of "Italy" for some reason. Finally, why only cities and not the whole Country? That wasn't mentioned in the app description. Seems like it will be a good app once the bugs are worked out and more cities and regions are added.
Only Rome
This app either does provide major cities or the ability to select a city is impossible to figure out. I select english. The maps 2013 only show Rome. No minor streets named. Just plain worthless. No help or way to contact. Report a problem, just sends you to an ad screen. Do not purchase this.
