What happened?
Worked fine. Just copy link of a video and then wait for it to register in the app. Then just generate and wait until it saves and shows up in your gallery. Unfortunately, all of a sudden my instagram login is required to use it. Why? I don’t care if it says that it’s not saved anywhere, I’m just supposed to believe it, get out of here man. 2 star because it would probably be functional for saving a few things, but eventually it WILL stop working and ask for your instagram password. Don’t be stupid and sign into a third party app.
The best
Literally the best app to download videos, the accounts have to be public though. And sometimes the app does have issues where it won’t download a video but it fixes itself after sometime. The creators for this app are also good at fixing sever issues.

I never leave reviews but this app is so easy to use. Very simple and straightforward and does exactly what I needed it to do. I downloaded 3-5 apps trying to find one to simply save an ig video to my camera roll. Nothing was working so I did a quick search on duckduckgo (because who still uses google?) and this app came up. I love it! Super convenient.
Not downloading full resolution for some reason
On top of other issues, this most recent update is not downloading full resolution images. With a recent 1080x1350 image, this app only downloaded it at 750x938. App says it requires ig login to dl something, but I already did that in the app. When I click the ok on the “login required” pop up, it brings me to my already logged in ig page. The recent addition of the option to put the account name on downloads doesn’t work. When I look at the photo in my photo gallery, it is just the photo, now account name tag. Excellent idea, I just wish it worked,
Great app but…
I love this app but recently when it came to getting more views the little bar to watch videos have disappeared. So that’s forcing us to what? Have to purchase the premium version & not everyone wants to do that. I am waiting to see if this app fixes the minor bug if it is one or if it’s the new norm now that we have to pay for premium.
Easy To Use
I’ve tried other apps with difficulty but this one is very straightforward on converting a reel into a video to save on your phone. Of course there is a limit to how many you can download but you have to pay but it gets the job done.
Down the Drain?
I loved this app, one of the only ones that worked to download videos and reels anymore. You got 3 video downloads when you watched a 30 second ad which was fine. However, that option has been removed, only leaving you to pay a monthly fee, $30 for a lifetime license, or not be able to use the app at all. Unfortunate to see one of my favorite apps go away, but unless the feature returns, this review will be a warning to anyone looking to use the app.
Best Instagram Downloaded App
So, I was looking for an easy app to help me download and save Instagram videos I like for future reference, and this App came in handy perfectly. I downloaded what I needed and saved it to my phone as part of my collection. Also, I sent the video to my laptop and created a file where I keep essential videos with high value for my business. 5+ recommended
Wants me to login to my Instagram now
The app worked great for a while. I downloaded several of my Instagram reels so I could repost on tiktok with no watermark and with audio in tact. This is important as a content creator so I don’t have to try to re-sync audio in tiktok and so I don’t have the new pesky Ig watermark that makes the video look less professional. I’ve downloaded 3 of my reels, but now all of a sudden it wants my Instagram login details which I WILL NOT provide because I do not trust this third party app with my details. It worked before, don’t know why all of a sudden my login info is needed.
