Horrible app Login is so clumsy.. Does not have face recognition for login.When mobile no login is there then again why ask MID and TID WORST APPP does not have service request raise facility for terminal related breakdown issue . Three three login facility why ?

‘Merchant Point’ by Fiserv – ICICI Merchant Services is our award winning merchant mobile app designed for mCommerce payment acceptance, and for raising service requests with ease and convenience. Logging into the app: Once you download the app, please register by entering your Terminal ID/Merchant ID/Mobile Number and generate a TPIN. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will then be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will need to key into the app to set a TPIN or password based on your preference.
