Does not work - just a blank screen
I have spent at least 2 hours over the course of several days trying to get this to work by changing various things and it literally gets less and less responsive. Just deleted and re- loaded for the 5th time on my phone and now it’s not even asking me to sign in. Nor can I find any way to force it to give me a sign in. It literally shows a blank screen with menu at the top. I can tap on the settings cog but changing settings doesn’t do anything.
OMG PLEASE FIX IT
It worked great, but over a week ago it just stopped working! I keep getting ERROR 403 whenever I try to login w Google! OMG! Please fix it so I can give a better review! I loved it! I tried uninstalling then reinstalling, cleaning out the cache, updating IOS, refreshing, rebooting, n everything else I could think over multiple times.
Very useful as is; but draw tools export needs fixing
The current version has an issue with how the data for draw tools exports are presented. I can select and copy the URL for sharing a proposed field in a web browser; but it is impossible to select the entire string to share it with other IITC users. When I try, it only shows me something like this, "[{"type":"polyline","latLngs":" and there isn't a Select All option, even though the app says to Select All, and then CTRL - C, which I take to mean select Copy. The ability to actually select the whole string would be a massive improvement!
Extremely useful but...
The only negative on this is that the authorization but quit working for syncing. It's been months and there has not been a fix implemented. Until it is, you will not be able to use it for bookmarks or uniques. If they can get that fixed it will be five stars in my book.
Theoretically, great
I’ve seen my fellow agents use this app and it looks super cool, however it seems to have a problem loading map tiles for me. Any map tile. None of them work and I am constantly left with the vector layer floating on a sea of greyblue. Unfortunately, I do require maps to locate myself and my surrounding portals, so that’s kind of a letdown. I’m playing on an iPhone Xr.Will change my star rating when I can actually use the app!
Great app
But in the last hour, I can’t login anymore. Currently redownloading to try to get back in. Google or Safari may be blocking me. Just happened in the last hour that it is locking me out. Been a great scouting tool for years. Thank you for your hard work on this app. Just looking forward to getting back in.Update: I’m still locked outUpdate 2: had to change my browser settings. Newest version of safari doesn’t support IITC-Mobile
Problems with latest update!
The desktop view is on all the time now; this causes a loss of visible map viewing! Can’t turn it off in settings either!
Broken with latest iOS updates
This has been my go to tool in ingress for years. Since the latest iOS 12 updates the app has become mostly un-useable. The intel updates pause and freeze the display, the COMM chat overlays the map and can’t be cleared, and panning can freeze the app. It is in dire need of an update to be a viable intel overlay tool for ingress.
Useful but hard to work
For someone that isn’t a tech master, this app was very hard for me to work and get going. After I get it going everything just freezes and I can’t do anything. Would be useful but just is not responsive and too hard to use.
Overall good, missing features
Works smoothly, but missing 1 feature and another feature is broken. Broken: bookmarks won’t work on the go. I can load from a file but not bookmark new portals (works on tablet but not phone). Missing is the ability to generate google maps links. Apple maps only. Will change rating to 5 stars when bookmarks is repaired.
