The cropping tool couldn’t be more difficult

I was thrilled that they allow you to use your own videos. I am livid that the tool that allows you to crop the scene from your video it’s so close together that you can’t move it. The screen is constantly confused as to whether you’re trying to control the cursor that is playing the clip or the brackets that are narrowing it to what minutes you want in your clip. It’s enough to make you scream.

It keeps your coins even when it doesn’t work.

When it works is pretty cool. But it only works half the time. Literally, it works once then it doesn’t work. It goes back and forth. It wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take your coins no matter what! When it works, it’s fast. When it doesn’t, it just loads until it crashes or something. It doesn’t produce any thing but it still takes the money you spent! Why the hell are they taking your coins when it doesn’t work?

What am I paying for?

I have been paying for this for a couple months now and since the last update it won’t let me use my own videos anymore. Before the update it started making me use coins again. I have tried multiple times to get someone to help me on the in app support and email with no response. I used this app constantly but I haven’t been able to use it for the last two weeks at all with my own videos and no one will respond to any of my multiple messages. Please help!! This is crazy

Unfortunate

The app is its own deterrent from purchasing the pro version. Only ONE rendering worked out of 20+ tries in 2 days of trying to use the app. The one video that did process was phenomenal, should the app have worked beyond that I would have gotten the pro version. The pop ups say when in use my many people it will take longer to have your videos complete, it will also say the maximum amount of videos has been reached and a half hour timer will start, however even after choosing to watch ads to bypass the half hour it will still remain on the processing screen, it’s one big cycle of being stuck on one of its three screens. Unfortunate as the one video that worked as I said, was amazing.

Really enjoyed the app until recent update

Would have given it a 5 but for the time being, nothing as far as using your own videos or videos from the web is processing. Originally thought it might be that phone wasn’t updated to new iOS but have not only redownloaded apps, updated iOS, and reset my phone to no avail. Hoping this is a temporary issue. Previous version was flawless.

Not free anymore.

I’ve had this app for about 2 years now. I’ve paid for for the annual subscription. They recently added the ability to make 30 second clips rather than 19. However, after 20 seconds the video freezes and and the last 10 seconds doesn’t work. There was a recent update that states “smaller app size” I updated and now you have to purchase “gems” to make videos on top of the year subscription. This app is trash now.

ABSOLUTE SCAM: CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT RECEIVED

This app has severely violated the user agreement and terms of service. Users such as myself have paid for a yearly subscription, and then, just a few weeks later, the features offered in that subscription THAT WE ALL PAID FOR ALREADY FOR IN THE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN were then blocked by an additional paywall. You read that right. After the payments have been made, the developers of this App blocked the services to us THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR. We as paying subscribers have thus BEEN CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT RECEIVED. Please view the numerous reviews for this app to verify my claims. This is simply unacceptable. A refund is due at the bare minimum, but I believe this app should not be allowed in the App Store as it reflects poorly on what should and shouldn’t be allowed here. Please report this to Apple if you are a victim. This should be a trusted place to purchase Apps and not have to worry about things like this blatant rip-off.

Started out great now worst app ever

This app started out great used it for 3 days even liked it enough to purchase the yearly subscription. After 3 days it took an awful turn. All the videos I try to make never complete they all just say creating and never finish, and when they are in creating mode you can’t delete them so they are just stuck there forever! I’ve messaged them through the app a few times with all no response! This app could be so great if they actually took the time to address a couple of issues and respond to customers issues.

Started out great now worst app ever

This app started out great, even liked it enough to purchase the yearly subscription. Over the last year it took an awful turn. Ever update they forced on the app only made it worse and now you have to buy jewels to make videos!? I already pay yearly to use it! Guess I will be canceling it! Also along with the latest update it no longer finds faces in the videos I upload this app turned into absolute garbage. I messaged them several times and big surprise no response. This app could be so great again if they actually took the time to address a couple of issues and respond to customers issues. However I will not purchase jewels now or ever since I’ve already paid for a yearly subscription especially since the app has gone straight into the trash!

I LOVED IT

I used this app for the “Let’s see what I would look like in a Netflix movie” trend and it worked! I couldn’t use FacePlay because it instantly makes you pay unlike this app. Though there are pro features, I’m happy that this app gives you at least some choices without having to pay. Thank you!
