Stole my money

I love playing idle games and every now and then will buy one of the limited time bundles if it’s a reasonable price. This app however took my money and after ITunes marked my purchase as successful the app told me that it failed. I tried to restore purchases repeatedly and even tried buying the bundle again but every time the app says my purchase has failed but it seems to have no issue taking the money out of my account. I now have two purchases that have been charged to my account but the game won’t give me what I paid for.

New levels

When are new levels coming out? Waiting for them I’ve restarted the game 2 times to play and all the money put into it. Need new levels please

Great game until it breaks

I was really enjoying playing the game. I was a good number of lvls in, had done several events, and even spent a little money on it. Then the game started to crash. I couldn’t enter events or click certain things without it crashing. I looked through the options and found “Restore”. So I tried deleting the game and re downloading it, then used restore... it did nothing! No ads removed, none of my progress, event rewards, character cards, none of it. I am back to square one with nothing to show for my time or money and I have ads again!

Fun game but the ads…

I’ve been playing this game daily for a couple weeks now. These are my favorite games! The game play is great. Events are difficult and I love the grind… BUT $30 to remove ads and get some bonuses? I’d be willing to pay that but development hasn’t updated the game in a month, the amount of ads is insane. And you have to watch them to progress. I do like that they warn you when you are gonna have to watch an ad so you can go ahead and just claim the bonus instead of just clicking okay and an ad pops anyways. If you want me to spend $30 I need more. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fun game, but the last update, where did the share button for 50 gems go? What does the professional cleaner do? The app developers site is in a different language…soooo???

Could be a decent game

But the number of ads you have to watch to get anything done is ridiculous. Also the balance seems off, you wait forever to get hotdogs and your cards, it gets a little frustrating.

Frustrating

Both of my complaints are about the events. 1. Please for the love of god, after seeing the first “walkthrough” leading into an event for a new player, make it where we do not have to go through it every single time an event starts. Or at least make it an option in settings to skip in walkthrough. And when I boot up the game, do not force me to go into the event. I can’t even double my income from the main game. I’m just immediately forced into the event to start it 2. The gap for missions and new rooms just gets too wide to care about continuing the events. Missions get so tough to complete and can’t complete them to get donuts or cards to upgrade the rooms to automate to make more money. The roulette wheel runs out of the equation when you spin so many times even the auto doesn’t make a difference because you don’t make enough coin. Then you fall back to the issue of being too difficult to get donuts and cards to upgrade to make crap useful. So then you are just stuck because you can’t play for hours and hours manually tapping rooms, pickup, or roulette. It is quite frustrating.

Too many ads

If they had a $5 option to remove ads, I’ll happily pay. But $30, no thank you. This game relies heavily on ads that I’m practically spending half of the time looking at ads. And then the ads length are ridiculous. You spend 30 seconds watching one thing, and then at the end they add on 15 more seconds. Great game. Terrible ad regenerating revenue.

It’s Okay

Like most modern idle games, you need to collect manager cards and need to make sure they are at a certain level in order to automate your sections when advancing to the next jail house. Which means, you’ll inevitably end up in a standstill at one point until you gather enough material to level up your managers. This pretty much contradicts the “idle” portion of the game and is honestly annoying, especially when the manager needed to be leveled is at the very beginning of the chain. I also didn’t like the wait times for each station. As much as I leveled them up, they didn’t seem to increase the speed. If it did, it wasn’t noticeable at all. I did like the art style, but that wasn’t much for me to keep the game for longer than the hour. As a result, I gave 3 stars. I wish the developers the best, however.Edit: The development team was kind enough to shoot a reply so I’ll say, it wasn’t my intention to down the game. It is fun if you like the grind but, if you don’t like to put much effort or have the time to put into an “idle” game, then this wouldn’t be for you. There is a lot to like about the game though. Funny animations, enjoyable skins, and simple and clear gameplay. Like I said though, there are some unenjoyable moments where you will HAVE to put some effort. Again, I wish the best but this wasn’t the game for me. Give it a shot though, you might enjoy it.

It could be better

It has a lot of potential. However, the amount of ads is ridiculous. We already watch enough just playing the game but then they force ads when switching to events or at other points. I’ve played a lot of idle games and watch a ton of ads. There is no reason to add in the extras with how much it already takes. It’s become more about watching ads than playing. It’s too bad because it is fun but it wears on you quite a bit.
