Does Not Work - Unusable

For months now, this app has not been able to synch with the master file on my Macbook Pro. I brought it to the attention of the company several times over the past few months and was told the problem would be fixed with subsequent updates. That never happened. I have spent the past two hours trying to get this program to synch but to no avail. Even though the app is free - you get what you pay for!

The Best Apple Database App Ever!

I have been using this app for decades, going back to the original InfoGenie version from Casady & Greene. I use this app for free form and structured data base use, ranging from recipe's, to Apple Tips & Techniques, to product regstration info, useful product info, club membership records, and more. It is absolutely my most valued Apple ecosystem app and has been superb all these years. I wish the current owners, guardians, and keepers of the app great success and all the happiness they are entitled to for providing decades of excellence to Apple users. This app is a rare precious gem in a sea of increasing mediocrity. I am profoundly grateful to iData Partners.

Have Used This For Decades

iData is my master list of notes, contact info, and all sorts of miscellaneous information I always want at my fingertips. The freeform storage lets me search for anything without trying to recall what category I may have put it into—a true blessing. Fast, easy to use, and simple to keep it synchronized across multiple devices. I have never had a problem keeping it synched. Highly recommended!

Description

iData Mobile Plus is a flexible, easy-to-use database application that lets you organize, manage, and keep track of any kind of information that you need to have available at all times, such as lists, inventories, and rosters, as well as sets of random information of all kinds. Create as many datafiles as you like. Each datafile can have its own structure, and as many records as you need.

A record will have a Notes area, along with any fields you specified when you created the datafile. The Notes area can contain styled text and embedded images. Insert photos from your Photo Library, or use the Camera to insert a photo. Locate your data in a datafile using record filtering and/or text searches. Add a password and Touch ID to the app as an extra layer of protection for your datafiles. Synchronize to iData Pro on the Mac. You can perform most of your heavy data entry on the Mac, then synchronize over your WiFi network. Or, synchronize via Dropbox. You can also use iTunes file sharing to move datafiles between your mobile device and the Mac over USB. iData Mobile Plus includes a detailed User Guide.
