No good enough

The camera works really great to be honest, but the app do not open the videos... Im trying to explain the problem, I had an accident, 10 min later after talk with the other people, I decided to watch the video, but nothing shows the app, no photos or videos, I just get crazy, but after put the sim on my computer I found everything, The quality on the camera it’s really good, but the app feels and look really cheap

Good for it’s price

Super clear camera. Not much you can do with a lot of the setting but being that you’re able to use your phone and see what the camera sees and see all the recordings and snapshots, I definitely recommend this.

Great price, Great image quality but has bugs

I’d give it a five star if all the functions worked. As a previous review pointed out, the app doesn’t download the videos to your phone, also the password resets itself to default. I recently installed a higher capacity storage card and the camera tells me that it hasn’t been formatted, although I’ve done it quite a few times. The price is great considering that the image is awesome. I wish there was a wireless version instead of having it plugged in all the time. I would recommend but I think these problems need to be addressed first.

Enable location!

Like everyone else, phone didn’t want to connect. Finally updated firmware from website and slowed down enough to read and comprehend the splash screen that says loc services must be enabled with IOS13 and greater!!! Now works fine!!! Horizontal live view sure would be nice!!! RTFM folks!!!

Works Great until ios14

I never had a problem with the dashcam until apple updated to ios14. Now the app crashes any time I try to enter settings, replay any saved videos, or look at any snapshots. This is really bad because I don't even know if the camera is going to keep recording video. If I get into a crash I'd like to know which video to save to show to police instantly, instead of having to take it home and find a way to get the video off the SD card.I see the last update to this app was 11 months ago, I'm worried it won't be updated any more. I'd rather not have to buy a new camera because I like this one a lot, it's just become incompatible with my phone.

Useless

I bought this camera in order to use it on my car but it’s useless! first you need to connect it to the power all the time so if you put it on the roof of the car ( which is the most choice) it’s bothering to have cable of power crossing from power source to the roof! Second there is too much noises when you recording with the sound you almost can’t hear nothing plus it doesn’t record until you open the app from your phone and then you can’t download anything to your iPhone after that ! seriously!

Junk

Severa times this camera has not recorded my drive when something has happened I go back and nothing is there. Almost got creamed by a car yesterday went back to play video not a single video from my trip from home to work. Plus every two days it tells me to format my card, sometimes it’s once a month however yesterday morning I did format it and guess what, still way old videos from a week ago it deleted most but not all. Pure garbage camera.

Pretty Good

Downloading videos wirelessly using the app didn’t work until I updated the firmware on the camera. Video on camera is great quality when you download the video to your phone then watch it from the gallery app. The it’s not perfect but it’s pretty good. I’ll give it 5 stars for the 13 dollars I paid for this camera.

Don’t understand

Had this cam for over a year, I can never download a video to my phone because it crashes each time. Jus had an incident to where I needed to review the footage, well it now shows zero video, I’ve been driving for 2 hours, showing zero video. Cam is nice, app is absolutely horrible. Point of having a dash cam is for protection, and video evidence. Yet I’m getting none of that. Gonna buy a different one, throwing this one away.

The camera’s kinda ok, but the app never works.

The cameras video is ok, the microphone is bad quality, but the worst of it all is the app. It doesn’t work at all and it’s what you need to delete the videos that the camera saves as “events”. Even if you remove the disk and put it into a computer, the disk won’t allow you to delete the files. This has been an issue with this app and product for at least 5 years now.
