Repetitive Issues
Seems like there is an update every week and every single time it wipes out your customized settings. Extremely annoying.

App is good although it could use some design work
GOOD LOOKING BUT DOES NOT WORK
I love the looks of this app, but it has bugs. Every time I try to open it it closes again. I was trying to buy Safemoon on it. I’m on iOS. Can you fix it?
Terrible Exchange and Customer Support
It’ll take a whole essay to explain the problems I’ve with Hoo Exchange. Used several crypto exchanges, and this one is not worth spending few seconds on!
SCAM
If you want to keep your money DO NOT use this app or website. Myself and a few friends have been scammed by them a few times now. It’s a joke. There’s a reason they’re delisted amongst other app stores. Don’t download.
Good app
You can buy Hoo coins hear and provide liquidity to get other alt coins. Great way to accumulate crypto
Money goes in, never comes out.
So you buy tokens that never actually get sent. I have been told 8 or 9 different reasons why the tokens never leave. It’s a different tale every time. Check out Reddit. Not everyone gets scammed, but enough of us do. It’s either scamming or extreme incompetence. I don’t care which. Just use KuCoin.
Scam
I deposited my money into the app and they are not allowing me to Withdraw back my funds
This new update made it not work
After the update I could not use the spot trade or grid bot. Since this is the only way we can access the spot grid bot now we have no bot. Also while you are using the grid bot your assets are transferred to the “quant” account folder. The update caused my assets to get stuck inside the “quant“ account and there is no way to get them out so essentially I have lost my assets.
