Not a good idea to down load this app.
I had sent customer service email on October 29th. And everyday science then . They have not replaced to this day. The app is not working properly if that all. The camera did work but this week it stopped working properly. I charged it today and the green light came on. But the camera is not working, no light or sound. Sending the camera back.. It miss leading as well as the app..

Exceeds expectations
This camera is everything we wanted to keep an eye on our cat room where we foster kittens and mama cats. The performance truly exceeded all expectations. The Wi-Fi connection is easy and my wife and I have the camera on both phones. Don’t let the low price concern you. This camera is true value and we couldn’t be happier.
Just get the ring camera
You can’t share the notification with anybody else which is stupid because there’s more than one person who lives in a home more than not, and by the time you click on a notification it takes so long to load, and then you have to sign in every single time which is ridiculous. The person has already either gone or it just doesn’t load and my service is fine. It’s the camera not the service and you can’t see a via recording of earlier in the day if somebody was at your door, unless you have a SD card.
Sharing is limited
The app is easy to use and has many functions however sharing has limited functions for others in your household to receive notifications when motion is detected and Using the same login info causes the main login user to stop receiving notifications altogether. If you live alone or only need one logged in user to be alerted to a possible intruder then this is a great app.
Battery life goes crazy
Honestly, when I ordered this, I didn’t think it was gonna be a good camera but as amazing as been on for like a whole month without me, charging it records, the sound is amazing on it and you could pretty much hide. It was somebody can’t see it.
Camera review.
Seems to work pretty well for the first time of pairing it.It has a bad time trying to uninstall from one Wi-Fi and reinstalling to another Wi-Fi. Doesn’t want to forget the information stored with the first router.
Inexpensive and amazing!
Works like all the expensive cameras out there- only downfall is I have to stick it on the charger once a week. Other than that, no complaints. Clear crisp picture, sound is great and I love the talk feature.

This cam was easy to set up! The clarity is amazing. I use this for my back door. I have a different indoor system for front door and front of house. I wanted an outside cam that was cordless and this has been great!
