This app is amazingly accurate

I recently lost my laptop and I couldn't locate it using FindMy for some reason as it wasn't working properly but I'm so glad i had this app installed on it cos found it right away I think maybe cos it uses Google Maps instead. Phew what a relief! Thanks so much to everyone at Hidden App - keep up the great work!

Don’t waste your $

This app sounded great- do I bought it. When my phone was stolen, I immediately turned on the app and reported it “stolen”. When I toggled the “tracking” or “send pictures “ I never received anything. While I have received tracking info from Apple, Hidden couldn’t do anything. I also tried to downgrade my service but wasn’t able to. This is a complete disaster

This app is trash

I got this app maybe yesterday I was trying it out and it was running smoothly, I already set up my device with Apple configuration but it would not even lock my iPad nor would it remotely shutdown. I wasted my money of this crap for it not to even work. I want my money back or something.

Love the app

Absolutely love the app and the service it provides. Couple things that are confusing that you guys can hopefully fix...1. You keep promoting version 2.0, yet I’m on version 1.9.7, at least according to the app I installed from the App Store. I’m now making the assumption that you maybe forgot to update the version number visually to 2.0 from 1.9.7? I have to assume I’m on the latest version... FYI the link you provide to download 2.0 tales me to the app I currently installed, which appears as 1.9.7.2. Initial account login doesn’t provide me the ability to choose a password management solution (like 1Password) to enter my credentials, even though once signed in, the secondary sign in does allow it.

Love the ability to disguise the camera function to snap a photo of the thief without him/her ever knowing it. Smart features and intuitive design.

latest update kills my battery

i noticed after i did the most recent update my battery on my less-than-a-year-old phone would require me to charge much more frequently. looking at the battery usage, this app uses more charge than anything else now! had to turn off the permissions to everything to keep my phone from draining constantly, and now i’m not sure the point of keeping this app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND SUBSCRIBE

I recently misplaced my cell phone but it wasn’t this app that found it for me. It was a nice employee at a hotel I was staying at since the desktop application kept saying “No location for my cell phone”. The data as it is supposed to never arrived and I couldn’t locate it. Customer service asked me to update the app once I found the phone but low and behold, my app was up to date. I am now testing to see if it works and so far nothing. I have been paying a subscription for over 5 years and who knows how long this stopped working. I will not be renewing my subscription when it is over.

Disappointment

It is probably a great invention but all the enthusiasm dies when there is no mention of price at first and then BAHM an upgrade is offered but still no mention about price. Then one chooses to upgrade and then, my friends, your are stuck FOR EVER! It is called a “GOOGLEONIAN” maneuver to keep all the “sheeps” from running wild because the sheeps don’t like to be kept in the corrall. Otherwise great app!

Left my MacBook Pro st airport security

I was in the Philadelphia airport and forgot my MacBook Pro at security. I had no idea where I left it. Used the app to alert the security to contact me. Was able to get it back with no problems! Highly recommend.

Trying to cancel my subscription and it won’t let me

I am very unhappy about the fact that I can’t cancel my subscription.. this needs to get fixed because I’m tired of having to lock my card so that I don’t get charged for something that I don’t even use
