Good potential

Even though you took a lot of elements from other games, I can tell from the puzzle and art design and the fact that your controls are smooth that you have serious potential. Other than the title screen and general concept, it's a different game from Haiku's, so you clearly have the ability to make a different game. And aside from some notable exceptions (the spider web puzzle concept from rusty lake is fun and I think should be used more often, but copying the exact same layout? Lame.) you clearly can make puzzles. So I say keep going! Let yourself make things that are your own, you don't need to copy others, you have enough talent. Good luck.

Rip-off of Haiku

Haiku Games is a small company that relies off of support from their fans. They are dependent of word of mouth to continue making their incredible games. This game is a complete rip-off of it. From the character design to the mechanics of the game to how the app icon looks. I’m disgusted to see how someone could make an almost exact copy of the games from such a wonderful company. I hope this app gets taken down. I would give them zero stars if I could. These developers deserve nothing for what they did.

Good Game but.......

The game is good and the puzzles are engaging. However, it is difficult to load and it also closed on its own. I tried a number of times to reload it and got very frustrated after it closed on me for at least 5 times in a row.

Great Game but Can't Open It Anymore

Loved this game, and love the fact that there are so many versions you can play within the main game itself. However, since the past 6 days, I'm getting an error with the message, "Failed to get app version from server. Check your internet connection and try again". I have tries restarting the phone, force closing the app, reinstalling it, but nothing seemed to work. I've got the latest iOS installed too.

The Puzzler round should be the last one

The games ok- (Adventure Escapes is better) but what was the most frustrating was having to go through the puzzle round before you can access the next game. Also that round was just repeats of prior games which was boring/showed lack of imagination. I don’t mind doing the different puzzles again- but make new versions! Some of the puzzles I still remembered the answers to. It also gives the answers to puzzles in the spy round which is making it more lackluster. Wish I could have rated you higher, but really the game is just ok.

Glitch

I enjoyed the first temple, installed the gems and tried to pass through the portal. The game closed. Now it resumes in that temple and the exit is open, but clicking on it returns a message “there is nothing there”. If I purchase a clue it point directly to that exit. No way to progress forward. The developer reached out to me so I decided to try again. I had done the game twice with the above result and deleted it. I reinstalled it today and got to the same point (I am good at this by now!). I clicked on the exit, got the “tell your friends” message and then got to the map with an arrow on the next destination. Clicked it and the game crashed sending me to my desktop. Undaunted, I fired it up again, got sent back to the temple scene, hit the exit, got the message, got the map and...... success! I was able to continue with the game. Still something funny happening at that point of the game, but you can get through it. Keep trying. Nice game with good puzzles. Changing my rating to five stars. Thanks

Great Game

I love these type of games. I’ve read some reviews where people are condemning this game because it’s so similar to another developers game. That makes me laugh because ALL the match games out there are the same. So what! It may be similar but still different and still fun to play. And it’s FREE. People shouldn’t be so hard on developers for creating games that we can play to enjoy and pass our time with. People should calm down and stop being so critical and judgmental. The story lines are interesting, the graphics are very appealing and the puzzles are not too hard or easy. Theses games are keeping my interest and I do hope you come out with more. Thank you

Fun game ..a bit too short and simple to give a 5

This is a fun game and I’ve probably tried 20 different escape games at this point. Graphics are good, clean and easy to see. I like that there are many short challenges (more than the other games I’ve played). Some of them are even different than I’ve played in the other games which is great. I am having some issues that the game gets stuck but usually clears if I back up and reopen that section.

Beginner games, irritating puzzle editions

So I finished the whole game in a few hours of play with no hints. So beginner games. If it was the first game I had ever done, I would probably have given 4 stars. Entertaining enough for wanting to unwind. Good graphics, decent games. Though having to play the same game over and over gets annoying at times. I don’t want to do basic addition over and over in different games with no new challenge. Tedious and boring ….and there are a few games like like… you pass and get to do it again and again. Puzzler edition, at first I thought this looks cool.. just play a bunch of games…. Then realized it is the EXACT same games I just played the day before and you have to pass to go onto the next game. Horrible idea!! It would be like paying twice for the same movie rental but it was marketed in a different jacket. If I actually had to buy stars to pass, I would delete the game. Since I have almost 100 because I don’t use them, not as big a deal to skip. Saying that if the series holds my interest, I will still buy stars to support developer

Blatant rip-off of Haiku Games

From the app icon to the name to even one of the spy mystery levels, this is a bold rip off of haiku games. They’re a small independent dev and their team works hard to create beautifully designed games with good plots that keep you guessing and are playable again and again. I would love to see you guys grow on your own - I mean, I even recognized the same lobby in the spy game from their French escape game. It makes me sad because clearly you have the capacity for good graphics and good games, but don’t be afraid to branch out on your own. Also, something that was frustrating was having no explanations to the puzzles and having to rely on the lightbulb to tell me what to do. Even then, some of the puzzles were really confusing. Even the plots were similar to haiku games: lost temple, spy in another country, etc. I’d like to see more of Mallory - her story seemed pretty original and interesting. All in all, maddening because it’s clearly ripped off from Haiku games, and some of the games are a little buggy and frustrating. Don’t be afraid to experiment with your plots and games! Mimicry is flattery but at a certain point people will stop playing when they see how much is copied from another dev.
